1. For local airport drop-off and one-way transfer services in Hong Kong, the driver will wait for free for up to 30 minutes. An overtime fee of CNY 5 per minute will be charged for any additional waiting time. (Note: Overtime fees may vary during public holidays. Please contact customer support for confirmation.) 2. For local airport pick-up services in Hong Kong, the driver will wait for free for up to 90 minutes. An overtime fee of CNY 5 per minute will be charged for any additional waiting time. (Note: Overtime fees may vary during public holidays. Please contact customer support for confirmation.)
3. For cross-border airport drop-off and transfer services between Hong Kong and Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province: The driver will wait for free for 30 minutes. An overtime fee will be charged for waiting beyond 30 minutes. Overtime fee: 250 CNY per 30 minutes (rounded up to 30 minutes for any partial period). (Note: Overtime waiting fees may vary during public holidays. Please contact customer support for confirmation.)
4. Hong Kong - Macau/Other Cities in Guangdong Province Cross-Border Airport Pick-Up Service Waiting Time: The driver will wait for free for 90 minutes. An overtime fee will be charged for waiting beyond 90 minutes. Overtime fee: 250 CNY per 30 minutes (rounded up to 30 minutes for any partial period). (For non-Hong Kong airport pick-ups, the free waiting time is 60 minutes.) (Note: Overtime waiting fees may vary during public holidays. Please contact customer support to confirm.)
5. The car service hours are from 07:00 to 22:00. If the service is used outside these hours, such as between 22:00 and 07:00, a nighttime service fee will be charged. The nighttime service fee for local car services in Hong Kong is CNY 150 per trip, and for local car services in Macau, it is CNY 200 per trip. For cross-border car services between Hong Kong and Macau or other cities in Guangdong Province, the nighttime service fee is CNY 300 per trip. (Note: During public holidays, the nighttime service fee hours may change. Please contact customer support for confirmation.)
6. Airport pick-up includes Meet & Greet service with a service fee of 100 CNY per time [Meet & Greet service is not available in Macau].
7. If the free waiting time is exceeded and you need the driver to continue waiting, please negotiate with the driver and pay the overtime waiting fee. If an agreement cannot be reached, the driver may leave without further waiting, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
If your flight is delayed for more than 2 hours, the supplier will arrange a new driver for you. If they cannot arrange a new driver, your booking can be canceled with no charge.
9. Additional fees incurred due to flight delays (such as night service fees) must be paid before the ride to continue service provision.
Each infant/child is considered one passenger. The number of passengers or amount of luggage must not exceed the capacity limit disclosed on the page to avoid insufficient vehicle space. If this occurs, the driver may refuse service and any resulting losses will be borne by the passengers.
11. Cross-border transportation between Hong Kong and Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province: Effective December 1, 2017, due to policy requirements, passengers must disembark with all their belongings when crossing borders at Huanggang Port, Shenzhen Bay Port, etc. Drivers cannot assist with luggage during customs clearance. If passengers are unable to cross due to ID issues or other personal reasons, the full booking fee will still apply. The free waiting time at customs is 45 minutes. After this period, an additional waiting fee of CNY5 per minute will apply. Please negotiate with the driver and pay any overtime fees. If an agreement cannot be reached, the driver may leave, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
12. The booking cannot be canceled for free due to personal reasons, such as an expired ID, inability to enter the country, missing a flight, oversleeping, etc. Once the booking is confirmed, the vehicle rental duration is reserved to ensure your trip. If you need to cancel, please follow the cancellation policy on the booking page and pay the corresponding penalty fee.
Entry Requirements
Before purchasing this product, please ensure you are aware of the relevant policies at both the point of departure and destination, and verify that your personal visa meets the destination requirements as well as all travel conditions. Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled due to personal policy non-compliance, such as expired ID or personal travel restrictions imposed by the destination.

- The service is available for booking starting from one person, with the maximum number of travelers allowed per group as disclosed in the selected package. This activity does not involve joining other travelers in a join-in tour. One driver will be assigned to serve one family/individual/organization.
- If the Hong Kong Observatory issues severe weather warnings or work suspension warnings (black rainstorm; typhoon signal no. 8 or above) within 3 hours before the activity departure date, the activity will be canceled and the fee will be refunded to the payment account. - The package includes all itinerary fees with no additional costs, except for special destination requests (contact customer support for details).
- Starting from December 1, 2017, due to policy reasons, passengers traveling between Hong Kong and Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province via Huanggang Port or Shenzhen Bay Port must disembark for customs clearance. During this process, all luggage and personal items must be carried by the passengers, as drivers are not permitted to transport luggage through customs. If you choose a private charter between Hong Kong and Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province, you may need to change vehicles after customs clearance depending on the current passenger flow and available transportation capacity (this will not affect normal service usage).
- Airport pick-up service is based on the flight arrival time with a free 90-minute waiting period. For other one-way rides, the free waiting time is 30 minutes. Additional service fees may apply for delayed departures due to inability to contact or other reasons (contact customer support for details).
- One-way rides will follow the driver's planned route. For mid-trip stops, waiting, temporary route changes, or destination changes, please confirm with your travel concierge. Other situations may incur corresponding change fees.
- If the destination cannot be reached due to transportation or environmental factors (such as mountains, forests, islands, sea routes, uninhabited areas, or vehicle restrictions), the driver will drop you off at the nearest suitable location.
- Service hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with additional fees applied outside these hours (contact customer support for details).
- When placing your order, please include your hotel address to facilitate the driver's pick-up service. For safety reasons, please fasten your seatbelt during the ride.
