Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao transfer itinerary (Hong Kong~Macau, Guangdong~Hong Kong, Guangdong~Macau transfers available)
The product price is for one vehicle (regardless of the number of passengers), with door-to-door pick-up and drop-off service.
Non-rideshare service, charged per vehicle with a maximum of 6 passengers. For areas not listed in the options, you can place a booking after inquiry or proceed with your booking first and we will contact you. The service is theoretically available throughout the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Normal pickup time: 7:00 AM - 10:59 PM. If the vehicle rental duration is between 11:00 PM and 6:59 AM, an additional overtime fee of 100-200 CNY will be charged, which the driver will collect directly from you. Please be advised.
Vehicle type: Toyota Alphard/Vellfire or other 7-seater luxury business vehicles (maximum 6 passengers per vehicle, luggage limit: 6 carry-on suitcases when fully occupied)
How to book: Go to the booking page and select the option that matches your itinerary. The geographical order displayed in the options does not indicate the route direction. You can use this link for bookings from Shenzhen to Hong Kong or Hong Kong to Shenzhen. (e.g., for Nanshan to Hong Kong airport, select option 2: Hong Kong airport/Tung Chung/Disneyland to Shenzhen city area (Nanshan, Futian, Luohu). The booking interface will require you to fill in the departure time, departure point, destination address, and instant messaging ID.) If none match or you're unsure which route to choose, you may select option 1 to proceed with your booking. We'll contact you directly to verify any additional fees, or you can reach out to customer support with your itinerary details for guidance on completing your booking.
Your booking is confirmed upon verification after placing the order. The fleet manager will contact you via phone or messaging apps to coordinate your itinerary.
Note:
1. This itinerary provides point-to-point service. Any changes to the itinerary or additional transfer locations require negotiation for extra charges. The agreed waiting time is 30 mins, with an overtime waiting fee of 200/hour (rounded up). Please be mindful of the boarding time.
2. Please check your ID expiration date and visa endorsements in advance to avoid delays due to document issues. If customs inspection is required due to prohibited items in your luggage, a waiting fee of 200/hr will apply.
3. If you are moving, exhibiting, or carrying a large amount of baggage/materials, please notify us in advance as a baggage handling fee of JPY 300-500 may apply. If special items or excessive baggage are not declared beforehand, the driver reserves the right to cancel the booking on-site and deduct relevant fees.
