I took a day trip to Shenzhen with my family. We were about to train it back to Hong Kong but then decided to book a driver instead. Booked at around 7pm for 10.30pm pick up at futian area. Immediate confirmation. The company started a group chat on wechat. Gave me details of driver and pickup location. Easy process, great service, punctual, clean car. Will definitely book again★

Excellent service. We booked a card with a SIM card. It turned out we needed a 50 Hong Kong dollar deposit. So we had to exchange money at the airport anyway. They only exchanged 500 yuan for HKD; they wouldn't accept anything less.★

Convenient service: after booking, a Fast Trak employee contacted me via WhatsApp and asked for photos of my passports, flight number, and flight time. We agreed on a meeting time and location at the airport and sent a photo of the counter. We checked in faster than expected; I informed Fast Trak about this, and within five minutes an employee arrived and escorted us through border control at a separate counter without waiting in line.
