Entry to Bintan Resorts (Effective from 21 June 2023):

Passport Validity: Passport must be valid for 6 months at time of travel

Return or one-way ticket to continue to travel to another country

• All travellers including infant need a valid ticket
• Ferry timing availability is based on first come first serve basis
• The ferry is wheelchair and stroller accessible
• Your passport must be valid for at least six months at the time of travel and comply with the entry and exit or other requirements of the countries you are traveling to (Singapore and Indonesia)
• View the list of countries that do not require a visa to enter Bintan. Countries not listed will have to apply for an entry visa at their respective country's Indonesian Embassy
• All travellers are entitled to check-in baggage of up to 20kg each. You are required to have your boarding pass and passports presented at the baggage drop off counters. Counters are available for drop off up to 30 minutes before departure time.
• In the event that your selected choice of ferry time is overbooked or not available, you order will be assigned to the closest available timing or refunded based on your preference selected when booking.
• For hand-carried items, all travellers are entitled to a maximum 10kg per person
• Passengers are to ensure that sufficient time is given for clearance for turnaround trip. Bintan Resort Ferries, Trip.com and its Agent and Trip.com will not be liable if passenger fails to board the ferry in time due to immigration or other reasons
• Travellers who have connecting international flights out of Changi Airport are to ensure that their return trip from Bintan arrives at least 5 hours before the departure time of their connecting flight out of Singapore. Unexpected delays may be caused by inclement weather, security spot checks by the local authorities or any other unforeseen circumstances. Bintan Resort Ferries, Trip.com and its Agent will not be responsible for any misconnection arising from any delay if there is insufficient time allocated for connecting flights.
• Wearing of Mask: Please be reminded that mask wearing is mandatory by law in Indonesia. You are requested to have your mask on before disembarking the ferry in Bintan.
