Pick-up and drop-off policy: Free within 5 kilometers of Chiang Mai Old City; additional charges apply for distances beyond 5 kilometers.
Weather policy: Rain or shine; trips will not be cancelled due to weather.
Items to bring: hat, swimsuit, sunscreen, insect repellent, towel, change of clothes, walking shoes, and a photocopy of your passport.
Age limit:
Children aged 1-3: Free (must be accompanied by a parent as an observer).
Children aged 4-10: Participate as observers (do not participate in bathing/mud bathing).
Participants must be at least 10 years old.
Baggage fee: 200 baht per piece of luggage (if brought on the trip).
