The travel concierge was very responsible and professional, and communication was prompt with any issues. The driver was a local with good driving skills; none of my family members got carsick. Although his Mandarin wasn't perfect, he was very enthusiastic. Macau is small, so hiring a car was very convenient, and the car was quick to get around. The travel concierge recommended taking a ferry to Macau, which was a bit more expensive, but it was definitely faster, cleared customs quickly, and offered views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.★
