Some open-top buses feature partial canopies for protection against rain and sun. Please note we cannot accommodate requests for specific bus types.

Some of our company's open-top buses are equipped with sunshades to block strong sunlight or rain. We are unable to accommodate specific requests for particular bus models.

Cancellation policy

Once confirmed, this booking cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

On mandatory public holidays in Macau, the open-top bus day tour service will be suspended. The open-top bus night tour will operate as scheduled.

Note

*Minimum of 2 travelers required for the tour. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified 1 day prior to departure whether the tour will proceed.

*The above prices apply to adults, children, and infants - all require tickets. Infants need tickets even if they don't occupy a seat.

Child tickets are available for children aged 2–11. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 2 years old must also be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.

Cannot be canceled or have the date and time changed after booking.

When making a booking, please provide the name, contact number, email of one representative, and the number of participants.

*In case of rain on the day of the tour, we will provide disposable raincoats (standard adult size).

*In case of severe weather conditions, including but not limited to typhoon signal no. 8 or above, open-top bus services will be suspended. The actual situation shall be subject to the company's announcement on the day.

Due to force majeure, our company reserves the right to change service routes and schedules or cancel trips.

*The itinerary and timings are for reference only and may be adjusted slightly based on traffic conditions on the day.

*In case of a malfunction with the open-top bus, the open-top sightseeing tour will be changed to a regular tourist bus.

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

All seats are available for free selection upon boarding and cannot be pre-assigned.

Macau holds an annual "Lights-Off Hour" environmental event (date to be determined), and local hotels also participate in monthly voluntary lights-off initiatives that may affect night views. The 8:30 PM tour on the first Tuesday of each month will be suspended due to the hotel's Earth Hour lights-off event, with the night tour rescheduled to 9:30 PM instead.

*Please note that some of our buses are equipped with a half canopy (the canopy does not cover the entire cabin) to protect guests from occasional falling objects or light showers.

*Some of our open-top buses are equipped with sunshades to block strong sunlight or rain. Requests for specific bus models cannot be accommodated.

4. The product you booked may include high-risk activities (such as swimming, rafting, diving, skiing, etc.). Please fully refer to relevant announcements and suggestions from local authorities and professional institutions according to your own conditions before participating. Please read the Safety Protection Guide carefully before your trip.

5. We recommend purchasing travel accident insurance and other insurance to protect your life, health, property, or related interests during domestic travel, including short-term travel accident insurance and emergency rescue insurance.

6. Please ensure you sign a travel contract with the travel agency.

7. For confirmed bookings, full payment must be made within the specified time limit. Payments made after the deadline will be considered invalid and the system will refund the amount to the original payment account within 1 working day. Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS.
