How to use
After booking, we will send an e-ticket confirmation to your email. On the day of participation, please present the e-ticket confirmation and arrive at King Street Pier at least 30 minutes in advance to redeem your ticket, then prepare for boarding.
Estimated boarding time: 2:15 PM. The exact boarding time will be shown on your boarding pass after booking confirmation. Please refer to the boarding pass for the accurate time. If you haven't received your boarding pass or have any questions about the boarding time, please contact us.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

The dress code for this cruise is smart casual. Avoid beachwear, sportswear, thongs, etc. Safety shoes are recommended. For your safety, high heels are not advised due to the presence of stairs and wet decks.
