A: Need to go to the boarding location on your own to join the itinerary:
Building 472, Ross Smith Avenue Mascot, Sydney (Please arrive at the airport 30 mins before departure to check in);
B: Arrive at the meeting point in the city CBD: Take the free shuttle bus to the meeting point below (pickup time is subject to the supplier's confirmation);

The pick-up time is subject to the confirmation document (usually about 1 hour before the flight). Please arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes in advance to wait for the shuttle.

1. If the helicopter company determines that the weather is unsuitable for flying on the scheduled day, they will notify guests and offer a free change of flight date or time. If guests cancel without authorization, fees will not be refunded.
2. If a single person weighs more than 110 kg, two people weigh more than 180 kg, three people weigh more than 240 kg, or four people weigh more than 320 kg, an overweight fee will be charged or you will only be able to charter a flight. The specific amount will be subject to the attraction's response, and each case will be discussed individually.
3. If the minimum number of passengers is not met on the day (usually 2-3 people, depending on the aircraft type), the flight will be canceled with a full refund provided. No compensation will be given. You will be notified in advance if the minimum passenger requirement is not met.
