How to use
On the day of travel, please arrive at the Captain Cook ticket office at Darling Harbour King Street Wharf 1 at least 20 minutes in advance. Present the confirmation number from your electronic voucher to check in, then follow the instructions of the on-site staff to proceed to the wharf for boarding. If you cannot locate the wharf, please ask the staff for assistance.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
