Important notes before booking:
1. This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our platform. Due to real-time updates of product information and market price fluctuations, the details may differ from what was displayed at the time of booking. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the itinerary arrangements, cost details, cancellation/change policies, and other terms.
2. Once registration is successfully completed, no cancellation or change requests will be accepted within 48 hours before departure. For requests made within the allowed cancellation period, a processing fee of 100 CNY per person will be deducted.
3. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance. It's better to be early than late. If the guide/driver hasn't arrived yet, please wait patiently. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed seating or eligible for changes/refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
4. The product itinerary description is for reference only. Details such as departure time, duration, sightseeing, and attraction photos are all subject to change. The driver/guide may adjust specific tour arrangements based on actual conditions for the safety and convenience of all travelers. Please show understanding and cooperation. Our store does not accept claims based on discrepancies between the actual experience and the product description or images.
5. If you book an activity for Sunday morning, the city is usually quiet with most shops closed. It becomes lively on Sunday afternoons as young people come here to shoot videos, ride bikes, skateboard, take photos, and more.
6. The supplier may arrange a taxi for you. However, if there are more than two passengers traveling from a distant location, we may request you to arrange your own transportation. The taxi fare will be covered by us. Picking up all passengers could cause inconvenience to some and delay the itinerary, as we have encountered in previous cases. We appreciate your understanding of this arrangement, as it can be a highly convenient option under certain circumstances.
7. We enhance the value of the experience by covering most of the costs during the trip, such as fruit salads, Kenya/local restaurant experiences, shoe cleaning, street photography, and water.
8. Please note that dress standards across Africa are conservative. Wear clothing that covers your shoulders and avoid shorts. Loose, lightweight, and warm clothing is recommended.

Explore Jeevanjee Gardens, Nairobi City Market, Jamia Mosque, McMillan Memorial Library, Askari Monument, Stanley Hotel, Dedan Kimathi Monument, Maasai Market, Supreme Court, Kenyatta International Convention Centre, Parliament Buildings, Holy Family Basilica, and Galton-Fenzi Memorial. Enjoy optional snacks (fruit salad or/and a small portion of goat meat) and immerse yourself in local culture by learning popular Swahili phrases from your guide. Interact with locals at various stops, including the bustling Nairobi City Market, to practice your Swahili. We'll share tips on buying souvenirs and take you to affordable shops. Depending on your shoes' condition, we'll cover the cost of cleaning them at a local shoe shop. We'll also arrange a professional photographer to capture street-style photos of you in Nairobi. All the above services are optional. During this tour, feel free to ask any questions about your Kenyan experience. [Transfer Instructions]Pick-up from hotels in Nairobi city center. If the vehicle cannot reach your hotel, a nearby meeting point will be arranged. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed the evening before the activity starts.
[Transportation Instructions] For group shuttle services, due to local road conditions and potential stops to pick up other passengers, you may be the first or last to be picked up. Therefore, the vehicle's arrival time may not be exact and could be delayed by 10–40 minutes. For a safe and smooth journey, we recommend arriving early and waiting patiently.
