This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our store. Due to real-time updates of product information and market price fluctuations, the details may differ from what was displayed at the time of your booking. Itinerary arrangements, cost descriptions, cancellation policies, and other terms will be deemed as read, understood, and accepted upon successful payment. Once the booking is confirmed, no cancellation or modification requests will be accepted within 48 hours before departure. Please be advised.
1. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance. It's better to be early than late. If the guide/driver hasn't arrived yet, please wait patiently. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed seating or eligible for changes/refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
2. The product itinerary description is for reference only. Details such as departure time, duration, sightseeing, and attraction photos are all subject to change. The driver/guide may adjust specific tour arrangements based on actual conditions for the safety and convenience of all travelers. Please show understanding and cooperation. Our store does not accept claims based on discrepancies between the actual experience and the product description or images.
3. Please bring a valid passport or ID card. Purchase your admission ticket in advance.
4. Provide each passenger's passport copy (first page) + hotel English name, address, room number + overseas contact WhatsApp number.
5. Admission tickets for Nairobi National Park, Elephant Orphanage, and Giraffe Centre are not included in the tour fee. Since tickets must be purchased through the official website, the overseas service provider will book tickets on behalf of customers before the tour. The driver will collect cash from you on the day of the tour. Please ensure you bring the correct amount of cash.

Excludes: Nairobi National Park admission ticket, elephant orphanage admission ticket, Giraffe Centre admission ticket. Total estimated cost: $115 per person (cash payment), meals, airport pick-up or pick-up from surrounding airport areas ($30).
Itinerary Overview:
Immerse yourself in the scenery and wildlife of Nairobi. Explore nature at Nairobi National Park, visit The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (Elephant Orphanage), and tour the Giraffe Centre. Animal lovers will surely enjoy this journey, getting up close with African wildlife. First, enjoy an approximately 4-hour safari through Nairobi National Park, where you may spot cheetahs, hyenas, lions, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, various bird species, and even the rare black rhino. Next, visit the elephant orphanage and giraffe sanctuary to feed and learn more about these animals. Then, explore the Kazuri Beads Workshop in the Karen area, a business specializing in handmade ceramic necklaces and other ceramic products. Kazuri is dedicated to providing more employment opportunities for women. After the tour, you'll be transferred back to your hotel.

[Transportation Instructions] For group shuttle services, due to local road conditions and potential stops to pick up other passengers, you may be the first or last to be picked up. Therefore, the vehicle's arrival time may not be exact and could be delayed by 10–40 minutes. For a safe and smooth journey, we recommend arriving early and waiting patiently.
