I just went to the Night Safari in Singapore and it was lit! 🔥 Like, can we just take a moment to appreciate how freaking cool it is to see all these amazing animals at night? 🦒🦓🐆The whole vibe was so chill and mysterious with the dim lighting and mist swirling around. It felt like I was on an adventure through the jungle or something. 🌳🌉 I loved the tram ride that took us around the different habitats. Our guide was hilarious and kept cracking jokes the whole time. 🤣But the best part was definitely the Creatures of the Night show! 🦉🦇 They had these adorable little animals like civets and pangolins doing their thing on stage. I was lowkey terrified when they brought out the huge reticulated python, but it was also kind of badass. 😱😎Overall, the Night Safari was such a vibe. 💯 I'd totally go again and I'm definitely recommending it to all my friends. Night Safari Singapore#passionpassport Went in about 7pm on a Thursday night. It was just in time for tram ride. Perfect timing for the ride as it was right before sunset. After the ride we went for walking trails and managed to see many nocturnal creatures in their habitat. There was night show available for booking 2h before show time. A must Singapore-Do attraction!As dusk falls, get ready as over 1,000 nocturnal animals start their nightly rituals. Come up close to them as they frolic, graze and hunt. With an exciting tram ride that takes you through 7 geographical regions and more, embark on a fascinating journey through the world's very first wildlife night park. The Tram will take you around most of the park within 45 mins and get you the comfort of familiarity of knowing the park and sections, then you can get back at the start destination and walk the trials you missed, but knowing where your going. Kids loved the Tigers and Hyena area. The whole purpose of the park at night is to feel natural for the guests ‘in the jungle’, and for the animals so if you don’t like dimmed lit streets (like moonlight) and walking cemented sometimes tight trials spotting animals on hills, then maybe consider staying and just doing the tram and shows. This park is owned by the renowned Mandai Group and Animal Conservation is the key here, that is the priority and you can see how well the animals are looked after and catered for. Final Tip, plan ahead and do the Tram, walk before you do the creatures of the night show. Pre book your seats for the show (free included in ticket) at the start of coming in (QR Booking system). We booked for 9.30 show (goes for about 20mins) we then had dinner (as park opens 7pmish) and quick bite before heading back to hotel. . WildNight with WildLifeOne of the fun experiences in Singapore if you're travelling with a kid. We booked our tickets via Trip.com which was pretty simple and straightforward. However, a time slot reservation is needed via a separate website. If you would like to catch the creatures of the night show, you have to book via their main website at least 2 hours before the showtime (7.30pm, 8.30pm, 9.30pm). We booked the earliest entrance slot time at 7.15pm, but arrived before 7pm. There was already a long queue at the entrance when we arrived. Upon entry, I advise that you go straight for the tram ride to see the wild animals. Always a better idea to catch them while there is still a bit of light (will be more difficult to see in the dark). The tram ride takes around 30 minutes. After which, go straight for the animal show. If you queue early, you get to choose better seats and get to see the little animals up close! we sat right in front and centre, and had the best view in the house! After that, you can either choose to walk the various trails, or rejoin the queue for the tram for a 2nd round in case u miss any of the animals. we walked the Wallaby trail and half the East Lodge trail. For parents with young toddlers like us, best to bring your own stroller / rent one there for SGD8, but be careful not to bring too big a stroller or else it'll be quite tight in some places to maneuver it around! also, bring a raincoat, some insect repellent patches and water. Overall, it was a really fun experience and although we didnt get to see all of the animals (some were asleep/hiding like the asiatic lions and hippos - so dont go with too high hopes, animals are not always expected to put up a show for u!), we still got pretty up close with alot of cool animals! Take a guided tram tour around the zones to have a quick look and learn about some of these animals, in the comfort of sitting in a tram and observing them from afar. Have a leisurely post-dinner stroll along the 4 trails that are connected in one full circle around the park to these animals up close and read more about them. The 4 trails can be comfortably completed in about 1-2 hours, but do save some time to catch the hourly Creatures of the Night show to be amazed by the skills and tricks of some of these night animals. Beautiful scenery, you can tell the animals are well taken care of. Everything was well thought out and I was impressed with the variety of animals in the zoo. The experience also felt less restricted as compared to other zoos.
Very enjoyable experience especially when you sit on the tram. The animals were lively and you could get quite up close to the animals. thought there was going to be a lot of mosquitoes but i wasnt bitten at all
Night Safari Singapore is a very unique experience. it is cooling at night without the scorching sun, but it is also very dark. suitable for kids who are 5 years and older, as some kids might not be able to see well in the dark, or will be afraid of the dark. also, there is lots of walking to do and the place is huge. recommended to take the tram as it covers at least half of the attractions and animals.
