The travel concierge was very responsible and professional, and communication was prompt with any issues. The driver was a local with good driving skills; none of my family members got carsick. Although his Mandarin wasn't perfect, he was very enthusiastic. Macau is small, so hiring a car was very convenient, and the car was quick to get around. The travel concierge recommended taking a ferry to Macau, which was a bit more expensive, but it was definitely faster, cleared customs quickly, and offered views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.

The agent is attentive and fast to response! We have booked our trip one day before and they arranged drivers fast. The day was raining cats and dogs but drivers were very experienced, they tolerated the delay and drive us safely to the destination. We are a group of 6, with elderly and new born, felt comfortable to drive with them.
