4. No refund will be issued for non-participation or early termination of the itinerary due to personal reasons or lateness. Please take note.
If you leave the itinerary midway on your own, the transaction will be deemed invalid with no refund provided. You shall also bear all consequences for any personal or property safety issues caused by such action.
6. The arrival time for each itinerary may change due to transportation conditions, weather, holidays, or crowds on the day. In case of delays or cancellations caused by the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, we appreciate your understanding, and no refunds will be granted for such reasons.
