It was fine. 4 OUT OF 5. Oveall it was nice experience. There was some need for improved communication skills.of driver as they could.not speak english. I had booked 2 taxis. One driver managed english with the help of google translator. Overall i am satisfied. Travelled on 28 sep. With 8 family members.★

The point-to-point service was very convenient, from the hotel in Hong Kong to the hotel in Macau, and the entire customs clearance was also very fast. I would definitely take this bus again next time I have the chance.★

I bought this pre-booking pass on Trip.com and received a QR code for the ticket. Actually, no reservation is needed! You can just wait at the waiting area and have the staff scan the QR code to board the train.★

It was a great experience. I managed to snag a buy-one-get-one-free ticket for Trip.com's Hong Kong leg, which averaged out to just HK$50 per trip, cheaper than any other option. The cross-border direct bus was great; it was comfortable, not crowded, fast, and stable. We also got to see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, which was very beautiful!
