Cotai Water Jet Boat Ticket - one-way (Macau Taipa → Hong Kong Sheung Wan)

Passenger notice:

Children aged 1 and above must purchase a boat ticket.

2. Present your e-ticket directly. Please display the booking confirmation QR code at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time for gate entry. Gate entry will close 10 minutes prior to departure. You may be required to show your ID for verification at the gate.

All the above boat tickets must be exchanged at the same time.

4. The boat ticket is only valid for the specified date and ferry on the voucher and will expire after the designated time. Passengers should pay attention to the boarding gate cutoff time at each terminal. If passengers arrive at the gate after the cutoff time, their boat tickets will be canceled, and no refund or compensation will be provided.

1 traveler can book multiple boat tickets, but must board the boat at the same time. If you need to board separately, please place separate orders (1 ticket per traveler). Thank you for your understanding.

6. Currently, only pre-booked baggage check-in services are accepted. Passengers who wish to check baggage must contact TurboJET Customer Service by phone or email before 4:00 PM the day prior to their flight departure for inquiries and reservations. Baggage check-in services are subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Baggage check-in notice: Passengers must arrive at the pier between 45 to 30 minutes before departure to complete baggage check-in procedures. Late arrivals will not be able to check in their baggage.

Baggage check-in timeslot: Hong Kong is available from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, Macau is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

· Checked baggage is calculated individually per piece, and the corresponding fees must be paid according to TurboJET's baggage fee schedule.

· Baggage check-in fees must be paid in cash. Passengers checking in baggage in Macau can pay in HKD or MOP, while those checking in baggage in Hong Kong must pay in HKD.

· Arriving later than the specified time will prevent you from checking in your baggage.

· Passengers must carry their valuables onboard themselves.

· Free carry-on baggage refers to baggage that does not exceed 20 kg in weight and 56 x 36 x 23 cm in size.

7. This boat ticket serves as proof of purchase only and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, resold, or transferred.

8. Please keep the QR code safe.

9. All booking details are subject to our computer ticketing system.

Departing from Macau: Cotai Water Jet check-in counter at Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal (Boarding gate: Ground departure level of Taipa Ferry Terminal)

Note: It takes 15–25 minutes to walk from the immigration checkpoint to the tourist bus parking lot. Please allow enough time to avoid missing your departure time.
