GGuest UserMy stay at the hotel was overall fine, but there are several issues that should be mentioned. First, the hotel allows non-guests to use its facilities for a fee, and this creates unnecessary overcrowding and takes away from the comfort that paying guests expect. Second, the breakfast was quite modest with very limited options, which is disappointing compared to what is usually offered at hotels of this level. Third, the view from the rooms was not as attractive as advertised in the hotel description, which felt misleading. Finally, the hotel does not have a private beach directly in front of it; instead, guests are taken by shuttle bus to a section of a public beach.
While the basic stay was fine, these points significantly affected the overall experience, and I believe future guests should be aware of them before booking.

VVladimirОчень простой интерьер, в холле нет диванов для отдыха, а то что стоит надо выбросить, все изношено, вид старья, завтраки плохие, дешёвый сыр, нет выбора мясных блюд, одна сосиска. Не вкусно. Очень странно для 5 звёзд, видно на всем экономят. Зашли специально в отель 4 и 3 звезды, выглядят внутри лучше, чем в 5 звёздочкой. Не соответствует заявленному никак

GGuest UserОтличный отель. Просторные, чистые номера. Хороший ассортимент на завтраках. В стоимость проживания входит посещение спа зоны. В номерах халаты, тапочки и тапочки. Есть терраса. Расположение отеля нам очень подошло)) до парка Галицкого не спеша дошли за пол часа. Рядом небольшой тц.

GGuest UserПрекрасный отель по приемлемой цене, где номера не уступят Марриоту. Чистое белье, панорамные окна, теплые полы - все понравилось. Расположение отличное, в шаговой доступности от пешеходного перехода и Казино. Рядом есть хорошая столовая и множество магазинов. Сам отель явно свежий, никаких нареканий.

YyulipushikThe huge minus of the hotel is the lack of parking and the full indifference of the staff where you can leave your car. Even loading your suitcases is not possible nearby.
Breakfasts too were not impressed.
I chose Grace, TK expected that they have uniform standards for service in the network. But... no))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

GGuest UserStayed here for a few days. The friendly receptionist met and stayed in quickly. I told all the necessary information. Conveniently, holidaymakers can enjoy discounts on parking spaces. The room was clean and beautiful, but it was already ”lively”. It is a pity that there is no kettle in the room, and the hair dryer is too hot and works intermittently (obviously overheated), so even my hair that is not thick has to be dried for a long time. In the future, I will take me away. The water in the tap has a rusty hue, but not serious
In the restaurant of another hotel, there is also...maybe this is what often happens in this resort...
There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room.
The location of the hotel and staff are very satisfied. Three stars are very good. thanks)

GGuest UserClean, convenient, beautiful. I liked that there was a pillar of salutation in the room, morning began with music. Take a room with sea view and spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at. Breakfasts are diverse and service is beautiful.
Spa is good. Dinner is a separate love, very delicious in the restaurant, menu order.
There were 5 days there, total benefits, I didn't want to leave. Before that, they stayed in other Sirius hotels, but now only here:)

GGuest UserHotel is modern, clean, good location . A spacious room , we had a view on the mountains, very high ceilings , all in beauty 🫰🏻 No thought out to the pool on the street in bad weather , until you get out of the sauna you are already cooling. In the morning, it smelled terrible sewerage in the room and all over the second floor . The roof was closed , which is offensive , it would be great if it were used. I know hotels near where the roof functions. The spa area with the pool is paid separately 1500 to 2 hours . It may not be fundamental in summer, but we were unlucky we were in bad weather , essentially except the spa area with the child to do nothing. Breakfast is held in a hotel restaurant , according to the Swedish table system, the choice of norms, everyone will find something in taste. In general, not bad.
