Excellent boutique hotel, good facilities, in particular indoor pool open until 22:00. Tv in the room was not working so upon request we were moved to another room, albeit an upgraded to a suite. Excellent breakfast too!

Refeicoes só fizemos o pequeno almoço e estava bom. Ja la tinha estado á uns bons anos e embora tenham feito uma reforma, achei que o quarto merecia uma reforma maior. O quarto onde ficamos era demasiado pequeno. O SPA continua tambem igual ao que tinhamos experimentado á anos atras e a massagem foi boa. O staff muito simpatico

I really like the Batala Villa Hotel. At this time, there are many choices for the surrounding small towns when booking the hotel. Many parties consider choosing the Batala Villa Hotel due to location and star standards. I am very fortunate to make this choice. The hotel is extremely clean, the lobby is classically beautiful, the room bedding is exquisite, and the breakfast is rich. There are several very good Portuguese and Mediterranean restaurants around the hotel, walking distance from Batala Abbey. The hotel's parking lot is large, and self-driving cars can be parked in the hotel's parking lot when visiting the monastery.

I couldn't have had a better experience, the service was top tier even before checking in, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, the spa was great. The breakfast was definitely amazing, from the delicious fruit to the staff readiness to prepare food in case you had any special requests os allergies. If you're considering this hotel for your stay in Batalha, I really believe this is the best option. I know I'll be staying there when I go back to Batalha or anywhere around.

The room was okay, but the location is a bit out of the way, and there might not be dinner available. Excellent! (Many 'excellents' to emphasize satisfaction)

Staff was very friendly. Spacious bedroom and cleanliness is 👍. Is a resort … don’t expect any convenient store nearby. Other than that, we love staying at the hotel! A few days of relaxation before returning to reality 😆

Tudo muito higiénico. Boa limpeza. Roupa de cama imaculada. Cama muito confortável. O pequeno almoço muito diversificado e excelente. A piscina excelente, embora água morna apenas. A piscina muito grande, e o jacuzzi ótimo. A voltar brevemente. Só um único senão a que o hotel é alheio que é o cheiro das pecuárias perto que fazem despejos noturnos clandestinos, e empestam o ar, o que se nota ocasionalmente. Contudo muito satisfatório ao nível de preço - qualidade.

I liked the staff's service and the food served. Breakfast was as expected for a 4-star hotel. One room was a bit small and the bathtub partition wasn't as clean as it should have been, as it had limescale stains from water droplets. The hallway on the floor where our room was located wasn't well decorated and was very bare.

Ancient building, very nice and well decorated in the centre of Alcobaça. Very good accommodation. nice, careful and efficient staff. Very good spa session. Various breakfast and fresh products. Impeccable stay.
