Hotels With Spa in Kedah, Malaysia

Used to be one of my fav hotels when I travelled to Langkawi. But during my current visit, I wasn’t keen about the vibes. Minimal choices of breakfast, not like before. The taste also not to my likings. The room was not as expected as 4-star hotel. The tv was not working well. Disturbing noises such as running water felt so annoying. I won’t return to this hotel again. 😥

Fantastic location right next to the beach. the stretch of beach has very few rocks or even pebbles in the sand and the night life isn't too wild. The room had everything I needed. the bed was very comfortably. Staff were very pleasant. I prefer to have no housekeeping, and this request was respected

We really enjoyed our stay at Resorts World Langkawi! The view of the marina and sea was beautiful, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Just a small feedback — the door lock in our room wasn’t functioning properly, so it would be great if the hotel could look into that. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we’d be happy to come back again! 🌴🌅

Overall stay for 3 nights was acceptable. The staffs provided good and prompt service. Check-In was a very easy process. Overall cleanliness of room is considered acceptable, if you don’t mind that some areas in the bathroom with metal parts are rusty. Buffet breakfast was delightful. I like that they also have 2 restaurants available for in house dining.

The location is the best😍, everything around you, beach 🏝️ food 🍱 sports water activities, parasailing 🪂😍😍😍😍 .. but if you’re looking for something more luxurious then it isn’t the good choice 🫢 … there’s a laundry 🧺 just front the hotel 14kg for just 7RM and 7 RM for the dryer, which is affordable for washing swimming clothes everyday 😎

A good motel for little money. If you are not a demanding traveler and you only need a hotel to spend the night, it will do for the night. The furniture is a bit old. There is a small and shallow pool. There is a Mango tree growing in front of my window)) The staff is friendly, will help, will advise. They left my winter things while I was traveling to Koh Lipe. Some staff are arrogant, especially the beach bartender and the executive chef. Dining experience at their in-house restaurant was horrible for us with staff very slow, forgetful and the executive chef after made a mistake was arrogant and resent food with alot of chilly. You rather have your meals on the main langkawi island. Other staff like reception and buggy drivers very friendly and accomodative.

Easy to park the car with a free onsite multistorey carpark linked to the hotel. Registration counter staff weren't the most friendly and gave cursory answers to our queries, but the gorgeous view more than made up for it. They play music at the pool bar that could be abit loud if you stay on the lower floors but they do switch it off after 10 or 11pm. Sheets aren't exactly the cleanest (spotting on the runner) and pool towels look like room towels that made for some confusion, but appreciated the laundry room and water dispenser with free powder detergent. Good water pressure. Bay view rooms face south so the light isn't blinding during sunrise or sunsets. Many food options in the shophouses opposite the hotel. Kitchen is bare ones but the microwave and fridge are definitely very functional. Clothes drying back also available. Pool is pretty clean. Breakfast buffet is pretty varied and quite delicious, with a live egg station available. Menu changes slightly everyday. Pretty good place to stay especially for the view.

For us the location is good, eateries, karaoke, bar restaurant, shop, massage, all can found here, only far away from Cenang Beach, but we booked the sunset cruise just at this hotel👍 Able to view sunset & rainbow 👍 The only thing that we don’t like was there are a lot of monkey at car park area during we back from outside, luckily hotel able to help us

How to start, during our stay at Holiday Villa Beach Resort Langkawi we had an amazing experience. The resort may be a little old, but to me, old is GOLD especially when everything is kept clean and spotless. Our towels and bed linens were changed daily, and every corner of the garden was beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide spread every morning. The private beach was a highlight with soft sand, peaceful, and my kid practically had the whole beach to themselves! The swimming pool is impressively large and always clean, perfect for a refreshing dip. Every staff member we met served us with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly stole our heart. We had such a great time that we didn’t want to leave. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back again. Full 5 stars from us! For you who are looking for a calm place with lower budget please dont think twice this is perfect for you. But if u are lookinh for new shining every little spot please choose new hotel nearby, they are a lot of choice in langkawi. In my opinion this hotel dont deserved bad rating.. we will definitely come back soon.
