The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

Отдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

The hotel is located off the main city attractions. Has a business hotel vibe, lobby has a bar and lounge with sparse seating arrangement . Rooms have an odd design where the closet room bangs with the washroom door.Rooms bright during day , have poor and inadequate ceiling lights for night time.Many times the phone is not attended by the house keeping , or even the operator , after prolonged calling the reception responds . Staff is polite and not well versed with English , communication is a struggle. Check in ) Check out is a breeze. Spa service es are in the basement , Healthclub/ pool area staff is usually no where to be found , no system to call them from the pool ) sauna area Overall falls short in meeting expectations as a chain Hotel .

The location of this hotel is amazing, within walking distance of all of Bishkek's major sights and many good restaurants and cafes. The facilities are somewhat dated, but staff are great. Unfortunately, upon checking in, we found dried urine all over the bidet in our bathroom. Upon bringing this to staff's attention, a cleaner was sent right away. However, this should not be happening in any four star hotel.

A wonderful hotel with high level of service. Loved the hotel decor - old world charm. Breakfast was exceptional - really excellent food and service. Swimming pool was lovely as was sauna. Enjoyed our 2 night stay very much

A very good hotel. Comfortable rooms, a swimming pool with comfortable loungers, a hearty and varied breakfast with plenty of fruit, 24-hour transfer service, the option to leave luggage for a few days, and quick laundry service. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Тихий, спокойный номер с видом на горы, вдали от городской суеты. Плюсы: - удобное расположение до парка Ала-Арча, пешком около 10 минут; - из окна видны лошади, пасущиеся на склонах , снежные вершины гор, слышен умиротворяющий шум реки Ала-Арча; - персонал приветливый и свободно разговаривает на русском, английском языках; - завтраки разнообразные, огромное количество мясных продуктов, вкусные местные фрукты; - в номере есть чайник, телевизор, множество розеток,Wi-Fi, хорошо проветривается; - просторная душевая; - халаты, полотенца, тапочки, мыло, зубные щётки в номере; - в коридоре можно взять гладильную доску с утюгом, чтобы привести вещи в порядок; - сауна и бассейн входит в стоимость проживания; - настольный теннис и настольный футбол доступны для постояльцев отеля. Минусы: - маленькая площадь комнаты, комфортно вдвоём с небольшими рюкзаками; - оборудование уборной выглядит ”уставшим”, ржавчина, подтёки, разводы; - разложить вещи особо некуда, нет шкафчиков, мало крючков ,вешалок.

Overall, the hotel left a good impression. The room was comfortable, but there were a few issues. There were two TVs in the room, but neither of them worked. Unfortunately, the front desk couldn't help with this problem. It wasn't critical for us, so it didn't really spoil our stay, but it's unclear why they're there if they don't function. I'd also like to point out the very thin walls – noise easily travels between rooms, which can make it hard to get proper rest. The breakfasts were decent, but it's best to go early. The food runs out quite quickly, and if you arrive later, there's practically no selection left. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression of our stay remained positive.

Excellent hotel. Delicious breakfasts with a great variety of fruits. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spotless. The outdoor pool in summer is absolutely fantastic. The staff are very friendly. There are two restaurants operating within the building.

не понравился отель, вид что в одну сторону что в другую никакую, рядом с отелем стоит генератор дизельный, который гудит ночью и мешает спать, номера старые! завтра плохой - есть нечего, бассейн маленький - разочарован
