AAnonymous UserVery beautiful property by the beach with magnificent bay views. Rooms are big and modern with very comfy beds and pillows. Several pools with plenty of sunloungers and extra fluffy towels. Very good quality breakfast with extensive choice, and many food options for dinner in the Agora “village” within the premises. The only issue is the service at breakfast, which is lacklustre and feels a bit chaotic.
All in all, I will recommend this hotel and will be glad to stay here again!

汪汪Very recommended, of course, it is more convenient to drive by car. It is about 2 kilometers away from Mystras and Sparta. Sitting in the yard and looking up, you can see the Byzantine ruins of Mystras. The service is more in place and the facilities are also Good, breakfast is especially good

GGuest UserNice and modern hotel with good breakfast, but not 5*... cheap toiletries and single use plastic items in the rooms; rooms overall basic and no robes. Pool area is cozy, but opens late (11 am). The sea never closes though and the beach is just in front of the property. Staff very kind and helpful. Easy to park at the premises. Walking distance to marina of Kalamata, but a bit too far to reach the old town - car is recommended. Very reasonable and good restaurant is also available on premises.

GGuest UserWe stayed here several years ago and were impressed. Beautiful hotel, the food was excellent as was welcome. Now… sadly, it was different. Still beautiful buildings in a beautiful spot. The customer service is poor, the food average but expensive. The seating area near reception has been abandoned, so difficult to get served drink or coffee here, in a wonderful part of the hotel , which is a shame.

The hotel’s wine is good. But we were overcharged in restaurant, which fortunately we noticed.
All in all, a disappointing experience.

GGuest UserΘα μπορούσε να ήταν 10’ αν δεν υπήρχανκαποια πραγματάκια !Οπως το χερούλι στο μπάνιο ήταν σπασμένο ,το τασάκι όταν φτάσαμε ήταν γεμάτο τσιγάρα αφημένο στο τραπεζι(δε καπνίσουμε όπως μας ενόχλησε λίγο παραπάνω ) η τηλεόραση δε λειτουργούσε γιατί είχε πρόβλημα η κεραία ,δεν είχε ούτε ένα νερό δώρο κατά την άφιξη μας !Δλδ πήραμε ένα νερό που δεν ήταν καν μέσα στο ψυγείο και μας το χρέωσαν ενώ είχαμε πει για τα θέματα του δωματίου !Ειχαμε άλλα δύο δωμάτια στην παρέα μας που είχαν κλείσει στα ισόγεια δωμάτια με
Πισίνα και ενημερώθηκα από τους ίδιους ότι έκλεισαν με τα ίδια λεφτά δωμάτιο με πισίνα ενώ και γω είχα καλέσει κ μου είπαν ότι δε γίνονται εκπτώσεις !Το προσωπικό απίστευτα ευγενικό ,η θέα υπέροχη ,τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα το πρωινό μέτριο !

Das Hotel liegt an einer doch gut befahrenen Strasse, Dadurch stinkt es um die Poolbar oft nach Abgas, was wohl auch durch die direkt dort befindliche Ampel verstärkt wird. Durch den ab ca. 6:00 beginnenden Verkehr, ist es durch die Unvernunft einiger Moped- und Autofahrer oft sehr laut.
Den Strand erreicht man über die Strasse. dieser ist sauber aber nur ca. 20m breit mit Kieselsteinen. Liegen und Schirm am Strand kostenfrei. Handtücher für Pool und Strand ebenso kostenlos.
Zimmer sehr schön groß, mit Blick aufs Meer. . Zimmerservice perfekt!
Der Frühstücksservice ist sehr verbesserungswürdig: Spiegeleier kalt, Speck kalt, Oft fehlt Kaffee und heißes Wasser für Tee. Oft sind keine Tassen, keine Unterteller vorhanden.,
Das Frühstücks-Personal ist echt freundlich, aber das Lächeln hilft auch nicht immer.
Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen, aber 5 Sterne finde ich stark übertrieben. 4 Sterne reichen auch, Frühstück 3 Sterne
Getränkepreise etwas zu hoch: Aperol Spritz 10€, Bier 0,4l 5€ etc

But the water in our toilet did not flash. We had to let them know 4 times till it got fixed .
We had two single beds in our room and the beds were not comfortable. I think we paid a lot of money for this room and we slept on a thick sponge with clean sheets .

SSarah_dfThe hotel service is OK, and the attitude is good. Help with luggage, free parking, valet parking. The hotel is large, with many rooms, beautiful outdoor environment, but the room is not big. The balcony near the seaside can see the sunrise and sunset, which is very beautiful, and of course you can also listen to the sound of the waves all night. There are many customers, and the whole hotel lobby is very lively.

KKormentzaAmazing stay. The best resort by far. Everything from the service, the facilities offered, the food, the cleanliness - absolutely perfect. Fantastic for kids! A couple of things I was not too happy with was that all the outdoor swimming pool floors at the Westin, are using not your standard tile material but one that causes major friction on the feet. Both me and my child got our toe skin cut after 2-3 days from walking about and playing in the pools. Also, all the outdoor pools close at 6pm when the sun in Greece during summer sets at 9pm. Lifeguard staff literally force you away. Other than the above comments we had a fabulous stay.

AAnonymous UserI will rate the place as 5 stars it says it is... In the short time we stayed there we had two encounters with two large red cockroaches on our welcome porch,
thrown things behind the rooms,
the bathrooms in the pool, the women's, were broken, so you had to go to the room every time, every now and then we had a program with speakers disturbing the peace, so that the French could have a good time, ignoring the rest..
the step in one part of the pool was taped for two days you couldn't use where I found the missing piece in the pool and gave it to them to fix...
before an accident happens,
cleaning pool outside with pressure machine 10:30am with all the people inside plus little kids bathing and all the dirt and grime getting into the pool and floating around for several hours...thankfully after bathers yelling to stop. ..,
the umbrellas to discipline us and they in turn not to open because most of them are rusty and torn....
It certainly doesn't resemble a 5-star hotel, especially at the price that was on offer....
The staff is very kind!!!!
