Guest UserThe hotel is great, with lots of plants and fruit trees, and a huge, picturesque garden. The service is good; they cleaned and mopped the floors every day. It's a bit far from the beach, but there's a shuttle service every two hours. We booked with breakfast, and it was good, not a buffet but decent. There are three pools in the area: one large and two smaller ones for kids. The beach is free because the hotel covers the cost, and it's clean, not dirty.

Guest UserGreeted on arrival and given a room upgrade. Room was lovely & clean. All the staff were welcoming & professional. Reception was very helpful & resolved any issues we had quickly, & professionally. Breakfast & evening meal was very tasty and excellent quality Restaurant staff were cheerful & helpful. Looking forward to going back.

The wedding was said to have not been paid, despite having booked a couple of hotels, and they were waited for a long time, and this was not compensated, unfortunately, for the service sector, we made a shameful situation months ago and the credit card is out of us. proving the situation about 1-1.5 hour later was resolved a very sad situation tragedy (.)

Guest UserEverything was great. The staff's approachability and responsiveness were excellent. However, during the Koray Avcı concert, my wife, daughter, another couple, and I were seated with four gentlemen we didn't know. It wasn't an issue for us or for them, but there were many empty tables that remained unoccupied. We asked if we could be seated once everyone arrived and the program started, and we were told those tables belonged to the casino. Even after the program began, no one came to fill them. This gave us the impression that the casino's customers were treated as guests of the hotel organizing the event. That aside, everything else was perfect. As someone who has stayed at Mandarin, Peninsula, and Merit hotels and has extensive hotel experience, I can say the hotel was excellent. My only criticism is your limited wine menu and the prices for drinks, which rival those at Chacha, Uskumru, and Lacivert on the Bosphorus in Istanbul. Thanks again for everything.

The hotel grounds are spacious and offer a wide range of activities. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, with no rocky areas. The restaurant and food are delicious. We only experienced a few issues with room service. Room cleaning needs some improvement.

Fiyat performans oteli. Eski günlerini ariyor tabii ki ama daha yapılacak çok şey var. Ona rağmen bu fiyata bu konumda bu şartlarda konaklamak muazzam. Ayrıca tüm personel arkadaşlar da her zaman elinden geleni yapıyor ve yardımcı oluyor.

Guest UserThe service was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. They listened to all our requests with a smile and fulfilled them promptly. However, the location could have been a bit closer to Kyrenia center or the harbor. Also, it didn't have its own beach, but they had an agreement with another hotel, and we were transported there and back by shuttle. We felt completely at home there.
