Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing
Just minutes from Beijing Capital International Airport, the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport Hotel (Beijing Shoudu Jichang Xierdun Jiudian) is also only 15 minutes from the New China International Exhibition Center. The spacious rooms at this convenient Beijing airport hotel come with high-quality sound-proofed French windows to keep the noise of overhead engines at bay, and with four restaurants serving distinctive Chinese regional cuisine as well as classic Western and Asian dishes, the Hilton Beijing Capital Aiport Hilton has something for every taste bud. There's the relaxed 360° Restaurant featuring fine food, live cooking stations and all-day dining and My China, with its classic Beijing, Sichuan and Hunan cuisine served in a relaxed setting. Those on tight schedules will appreciate this hotel's proximity to the airport and the 24-hour live flight feed displayed on screens in the hotel lobby.

"Right at the start of the year, we met a wonderful person, Manager Min. I had originally booked a deluxe twin room, but he thought it wouldn't be comfortable enough for me and my three children, so he upgraded us to a deluxe duplex suite with a large bathroom and two bathtubs – so thoughtful! A special thank you to him. The environment is just as pictured. The service was incredibly patient and comprehensive. We ordered takeout, and the delivery driver just dropped it off haphazardly and left. The staff helped us search for it everywhere and then delivered it to our room, showing immense patience. 101 thumbs up! From now on, Hilton will be our first choice for travel – a great brand. I want to specifically mention the upgraded room. Since we're from the south, we're quite particular about Feng Shui. When he offered the upgrade, I specifically asked if it was a room at the end of the corridor, as I wouldn't want it, no matter how luxurious. He assured me it wasn't, and it was actually the very first room. That's fantastic! Thank you!"

__WeChat315860****I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen at the end of December, celebrating New Year's Eve by myself. I absolutely loved the hotel's design aesthetic. The room was spacious and had a courtyard. I even brought a bottle of Salon to enjoy in the evening. Karlie's service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful; I really appreciated the little note she wrote. It was a very comfortable stay overall, and I was thoroughly satisfied.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel a night. I have contacted with someone and talked for 9 minutes about scheduled a shuttle bus with the phone number at Trip.com a day ago we arrived. But there was happened several things as shown below, 1. There was no one were waiting for us at the Arrival area of the airport. 2. Then we find the information desk of the Beijing Capital International airport to ask her to call to the hotel. The phone number was the same number was talking yesterday. But the reception of that hotel was now nothing about we are arriving and told her that the shuttle bus after 8:00 PM will be 100 RMB. 3. I was confused and cached taxi, so it was only 20 RMB distance. Also the taxi driver was trying to have more money. So I gave him 30 RMB. 4. The reception of that hotel was completely nothing understand in English and seemed have no possibility to discuss about this happen. Also didn't explain us anything about breakfast time, wifi password, dining places, working time of swimming pool and sauna, also shuttle bus to the airport. 5. We have arrived at 8:30 PM, and we needed to have dinner and asked a guy from hotel about where to find restaurant and he called us a taxi and told us will be call a taxi for us, so we changed our Wechat addresses. Then the guy wrote us to catch a taxi yourselves from the street. Then restaurants cashier said no to us to call a taxi. 6. So we go out and show the hotel address to several taxies, but no one knows that address. So we walked and luckily asked a taxi who tried hard to find the hotel address and found it after long time find thought applications. But the taxi asked us much more money to take us to the hotel. But that was only 10 min drive distance. 7. I called to the room service which is pushed 0 from room phone, and a lady who was speaking in English said their manager will contact me back when I told her about shuttle bus didn't arrive. Then there are no ones contacted me back. 8. I have talked with another guy who was speaking English when I get my room, with a phone of the guy who let us to our room, he said that the swimming pool and massage will be start at 10:00 AM in the morning, but it was opened 8:00 AM when I come to the swimming pool and SPA. So I wondered why customer service of this hotel working so poor. But the hotel and room was nice, but the customer service is so poor seemed for me. I just wanted to write about this for other hotel guests to be careful. Thanks, Best regards,

SSiu Ming HuiMy partner and I recently stayed at the Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and cared for in this stunning boutique hotel, which truly caters to couples seeking luxury and comfort. Cleanliness: The hotel’s immaculate standards were evident from the spotless rooms to the pristine public spaces. Our suite was impeccably maintained, with fresh linens, plush towels, and attention to every detail. It felt like a serene retreat after long days exploring the city. Location: Perfectly situated in a vibrant yet tranquil area, the hotel offers easy access to Beijing’s top attractions, trendy cafes, and local markets. We loved strolling through the nearby hutongs one day and enjoying a river cruise the next—all within walking distance or a short ride away. Service: The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. From the warm welcome with sparkling drinks to personalized recommendations for romantic dinners, every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary! Amenities: The hotel’s amenities are designed for relaxation and indulgence. We spent hours unwinding in the tranquil spa, took a dip in the elegant rooftop pool with breathtaking views, and enjoyed modern, well-equipped rooms featuring king-size beds, smart TVs, and luxurious bath products. Even the little touches, like nightly turndown service and 24-hour room service, added to the charm. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply craving a cozy getaway, the Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel is the ultimate choice for couples. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for creating such a magical experience—we’ll be recommending it to all our friends!

RRuyingsuixingtxjxjMy trip to Beijing was very satisfying this time. The hotel facilities are very new, and the breakfast is rich and varied. Front desk agent 007 was incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist with any request – a true warmth in the Beijing winter. It's very close to the Military Museum, Tiananmen Square, and Beijing West Station, making subway travel very convenient. Plus, the hotel's heating was absolutely fantastic!

JJoey1155Overall, it was quite good, as consistently excellent as always. The room was clean, and the service was attentive. The front desk staff had a great attitude. The only things that could be improved are the internet speed and the speed of room service deliveries.

WWangRuaiRuai1: The front desk staff who checked me in, wearing teal eyeshadow, kept a straight face and emphasized three times that I needed to keep the executive lounge schedule and adhere to its times. Excuse me, is this my first time visiting an executive lounge? And second, I'm not blind or deaf, so I would have understood after you said it once. Also, please fix your makeup. 2: After being in the room for a while, I noticed a yellow stain on a pillowcase. I called, and the attendant quickly came to replace it. It's no exaggeration to say she replaced the pillowcase in 2 seconds. This was, without a doubt, the best experience of my stay. 3: As part of the executive benefits, I had a late check-out until 4 PM. However, at 2 PM, my card stopped working. My three-year-old and I were stuck in the elevator, unable to go up, and he got scared. It was then that I realized they might have deactivated my card... We had to go back to the front desk on the ground floor to resolve it. All of this is fine, these are minor issues. 4: They charged me 3500 for check-in and took the deposit quickly. But getting the deposit back was a different story. I've stayed at so many five-star platinum and diamond hotels, and I've always received my deposit before even leaving the hotel entrance. This is the first time I've encountered not receiving it after 12 hours. Customer service told me it would be returned via the original payment method within 48 hours... I've truly never heard of a deposit being delayed like this. 5: The shower in the room was very cold, and at night, it was extremely hot, making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was decent but didn't offer much. Please stop serving that 'cheong fun' (rice noodle roll); it's an embarrassment. Anyone who has ever had 'cheong fun' would know what I'm talking about... The executive lounge had almost nothing to eat; it was far too little, not even half of what you'd find at a Ritz. The orange juice was good. There was one young male server in the executive lounge who was absolutely the best; the other female staff were just props. That's all.

JJacky Liu 1982The hotel's location is truly excellent, right in the core area of West Chang'an Avenue. It's directly opposite the Capital Museum and next to Chang'an Shopping Mall, making getting around very convenient. The price is also very cheap. However, for a five-star hotel, their service is truly disappointing. Firstly, there's no greeter at the entrance, and no service staff in the lobby. The front desk is slow to respond and quite dull when dealing with issues. All the staff have a poor sense of service, or rather, no service awareness at all. They avoid eye contact with guests and don't even offer a simple greeting! The swimming pool is like a big fish tank. If you're staying for the low price and great location, it's just about acceptable.

GGuest UserThe overall environment is excellent. Manager Ella helped me choose a room with a great view when I checked in. The view of the Second Ring Road is quite good; at night, it's just a sea of red taillights, which really shows how much traffic there is. The room was a bit dry, but that's generally how the weather is in Beijing. Inside the room, everything was great – very clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic, with lots of variety and delicious options.

OOleg SuYou get what you expect, no less no more. Clean rooms, good quality of bed, cushions, nice breakfast with many options, kind staff. Everything as should be. Nice bathtub. The only thing is a view. First room we got did not have city view, but right in front was another building, which is very disappointing, but hopefully we managed to get another room with the view we expected in the first place. Shower had issue with dripping water. The rest all good.

SSuper_PaiThe hotel is located in the CBD, very close to the CCTV Tower. The room offers a city view, which is visible from both the main room and the bathroom – quite nice at night. The room, decorated in a new Chinese style, is a good size at over 40 square meters, though the furniture is a bit dated. When we checked in, my friend had a bit of a disagreement with the front desk staff that wasn't resolved well. While my friend can be a bit short-tempered, the front desk's response lacked professionalism and emotional intelligence, which ultimately led my friend to cancel the reservation in anger and move to the Rosewood next door.
