Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing
Just minutes from Beijing Capital International Airport, the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport Hotel (Beijing Shoudu Jichang Xierdun Jiudian) is also only 15 minutes from the New China International Exhibition Center. The spacious rooms at this convenient Beijing airport hotel come with high-quality sound-proofed French windows to keep the noise of overhead engines at bay, and with four restaurants serving distinctive Chinese regional cuisine as well as classic Western and Asian dishes, the Hilton Beijing Capital Aiport Hilton has something for every taste bud. There's the relaxed 360° Restaurant featuring fine food, live cooking stations and all-day dining and My China, with its classic Beijing, Sichuan and Hunan cuisine served in a relaxed setting. Those on tight schedules will appreciate this hotel's proximity to the airport and the 24-hour live flight feed displayed on screens in the hotel lobby.

"This time, I was in Beijing for a conference and booked a client into the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport. Their stay truly lived up to expectations. The hotel staff were incredibly patient, helpful, and responsible. The facilities were excellently maintained, the environment was lovely, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also very rich and varied."

__M1391122****I had the privilege of staying at one of the world's top 14 luxury hotels, the Mandarin Oriental – Qianmen. Located in the heart of Beijing, the hotel isn't housed in a typical high-rise but rather spread across various courtyards within the hutongs, which perfectly captures the essence of old Beijing. The ancient charm of the courtyards blends seamlessly with the luxurious and advanced modern facilities, without feeling out of place. Moving between the lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms is done via the hotel's specially designed electric buggies, which navigate the narrow hutong streets with remarkable smoothness. Our butler, Carla, provided impeccable care from check-in to check-out, promptly responding to and fulfilling all my requests. She offered not only practical assistance but also immense emotional value. I definitely plan to return to experience different seasons and holidays, each offering a unique feeling! I hope you continue to maintain such high-quality service and guest experience!

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel a night. I have contacted with someone and talked for 9 minutes about scheduled a shuttle bus with the phone number at Trip.com a day ago we arrived. But there was happened several things as shown below, 1. There was no one were waiting for us at the Arrival area of the airport. 2. Then we find the information desk of the Beijing Capital International airport to ask her to call to the hotel. The phone number was the same number was talking yesterday. But the reception of that hotel was now nothing about we are arriving and told her that the shuttle bus after 8:00 PM will be 100 RMB. 3. I was confused and cached taxi, so it was only 20 RMB distance. Also the taxi driver was trying to have more money. So I gave him 30 RMB. 4. The reception of that hotel was completely nothing understand in English and seemed have no possibility to discuss about this happen. Also didn't explain us anything about breakfast time, wifi password, dining places, working time of swimming pool and sauna, also shuttle bus to the airport. 5. We have arrived at 8:30 PM, and we needed to have dinner and asked a guy from hotel about where to find restaurant and he called us a taxi and told us will be call a taxi for us, so we changed our Wechat addresses. Then the guy wrote us to catch a taxi yourselves from the street. Then restaurants cashier said no to us to call a taxi. 6. So we go out and show the hotel address to several taxies, but no one knows that address. So we walked and luckily asked a taxi who tried hard to find the hotel address and found it after long time find thought applications. But the taxi asked us much more money to take us to the hotel. But that was only 10 min drive distance. 7. I called to the room service which is pushed 0 from room phone, and a lady who was speaking in English said their manager will contact me back when I told her about shuttle bus didn't arrive. Then there are no ones contacted me back. 8. I have talked with another guy who was speaking English when I get my room, with a phone of the guy who let us to our room, he said that the swimming pool and massage will be start at 10:00 AM in the morning, but it was opened 8:00 AM when I come to the swimming pool and SPA. So I wondered why customer service of this hotel working so poor. But the hotel and room was nice, but the customer service is so poor seemed for me. I just wanted to write about this for other hotel guests to be careful. Thanks, Best regards,

SSisiluoZhejiang Ningbo welcomed its first autumn holiday, and among numerous destinations, Beijing was our definitive choice – the trip felt like a 'great northern migration of Zhejiang people'! Before departing, flights from Ningbo to Beijing soared to unaffordable prices, and high-speed train tickets sold out instantly. We eventually settled on a plan to transit overnight in Nanjing. Before the trip, I was stuck in a hotel selection dilemma: aiming for an international brand within an 800-yuan budget, but most started at 1200+ yuan, often without breakfast, which was way over budget. Ordinary local brands didn't appeal, and even slightly better-located ones like Atour or Orange Hotel Crystal were 800+ without breakfast, offering rather poor value for money. Luckily, during the 11.11 sale, I snagged a deal for Wanda Realm on Ctrip. I booked two nights to test the waters, and to my surprise, the stay exceeded expectations. The night before, we had stayed at a certain international brand hotel in Nanjing, but the experience was quite disappointing. The lobby was on the fourth floor, and the bellhop left us at the elevator entrance. With two kids and a pile of luggage, no one offered a helping hand. The front desk staff, perhaps because we used a discounted rate, grilled us with questions like we were suspects. In stark contrast, upon arriving at Wanda Realm, a doorman immediately helped us with our luggage to the front desk, handing us over to the lobby concierge – a deaf-mute young man who stood ramrod straight the entire time. He patiently waited for us to check-in, then, with a constant smile, delivered our luggage to the room and neatly arranged it. His sincere and enthusiastic attitude was a stark contrast to the previous night's coldness and instantly touched us. The hotel is indeed a bit old, so the facilities are inevitably dated. As soon as we entered the room, there was a pungent smell of cleaning agents. The housekeeper next door, hearing this, immediately brought several bottles of mineral water and helped open the windows for ventilation. Her warmth melted away all discomfort. However, there was a minor hiccup: returning to the hotel at night, we encountered outdoor construction noise. We called for service to close the window, but the housekeeping lady couldn't manage it and called an engineering staff member. Here's a small suggestion: it would be better if guest rooms provided shoe covers. To reach the window controls, the uncle took off his shoes and stepped on the sofa stool. For families with young children, there's a natural concern about hygiene issues like athlete's foot, especially since kids crawl everywhere. However, overall, the 4-day, 3-night stay slightly exceeded expectations: the front desk, concierge, and reservations department all provided professional service. You can feel the high staff stability and low turnover. This is the service legacy of a seasoned hotel.

AAnonymous UserChoosing the Regent Hotel for my business trip was absolutely the right decision! As a five-star hotel, it truly delivers on luxury, making for an excellent experience. The location deserves a special mention; it's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. It's just a short walk to Metro Lines 1 and 5, making travel effortless. Right outside the hotel, within 100 meters, there's a shopping mall with so many shopping and dining options that you'll be spoiled for choice – all your retail and food needs are easily met! The room itself was an even bigger surprise. It was exceptionally spacious, bright, and well-lit. The floor-to-ceiling window offered an amazing view, and relaxing there while enjoying the scenery was incredibly comfortable. The facilities were also comprehensive. The pillows and mattress were perfectly comfortable; I slept soundly straight through till morning, feeling completely refreshed. Breakfast is also worth highlighting. There was a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, with plenty of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. I also want to especially thank the staff. They were enthusiastic and polite throughout, always thinking of the guests' needs, and providing truly attentive service. They definitely deserve a big thumbs up! I had such a pleasant stay these past few days. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

AAnonymous UserI originally booked for just one night, but after checking in, I found the room to be incredibly comfortable and the location super convenient. I quickly canceled my other hotel reservations, preferring to take a taxi back and forth every day. Honestly, the value for money at this price is really outstanding. The hotel staff also provide excellent service. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

AAnonymous UserI was in Beijing for a business trip and stayed in Sanlitun. I chose the Intercontinental, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I checked in, GRO Chloe's warm welcome showed incredible sincerity – proactive greetings, thoughtful service, and attention to detail were all top-notch. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The location is also superb, right next to the giant outdoor screen, and super convenient for shopping and getting around. For someone like me with a packed schedule, it was truly fantastic. The staff were always available and responded quickly to any request. I even received a lovely welcome gift from the hotel, which was a really sweet touch. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely choose this place again. I've already recommended it to friends; it's truly worth experiencing!

EeleonorafrolovaOur visit was super nice, we fell in love with Beijing! Next time I visit Beijing I’ll stay in this hotel again. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty convenient, close to cultural sites and shopping centers. And our room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious (compared to many Chinese hotels). Also I liked the gym! Soooo yep! I strongly recommend this hotel!

MM438617****Staying at this hotel was an unexpectedly delightful experience! The front desk staff, especially Leah, was incredibly attentive, providing comprehensive information about the hotel's operating hours and facilities. Her service was genuinely warm and efficient, making our trip completely worry-free. The room was almost pitch black, which made for a fantastic night's sleep. However, you do need to take a taxi to go shopping or dining elsewhere.

DDingdingshishuiThis is my fourth time in Beijing, and I chose the Four Seasons. The hotel is located by the Liangma River, and the scenery along its banks is beautiful, especially during the crisp autumn weather. The room was spacious and bright, with a comfortable and clean bathroom, exuding a charming 'old money' Chinese aesthetic. Although it has a slightly dated feel, the Four Seasons' quality control has always been consistent, professional, and efficient, making it one of my preferred hotel brands. My thanks to the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff for their excellent service. Not having a robotic or stiff service is truly the most valuable quality a hotel can possess.

RRocketman_66Excellent location - 1min from Beijing apm and main Wangfujing street. Lots of food around the vicinity but you got to explore a little bit. I booked a Deluxe Twin Room. It was super spacious. Automated toilet seat(open/close) with bidet. Nice bathtub though I did not use it, since it's a hassle to open/close the open concept kind of toilet/bathroom. Breakfast spread was decent but I personally think there could have been more variety. There's a few live station such as the zhajiangmien and omelette station. It was nice. A little more improvement could be made as I noticed the chef not wearing gloves. I do not mind but I just thought a 5 star hotel chef would be wearing gloves. No complains though. Reception staff was very courteous, greeting you whenever they see you. Excellent service. Cons - I think the lobby is way too small for a 5 star hotel like Hilton. There are only 2 seats and a long sofa which can sit up to 5 pax(maybe?). There are always guests around, so usually, I would have no place to sit. Though it's not an issue for me, I thought those elderly might need them. I walked around Wangfujing and noticed neighbouring hotels such as Regent, Novotel(4-star) has very huge lobby. But it is what it is. Overall - Nice place, great service staff and spacious room. Breakfast spread could be better and open concept bathroom can be automated such that it is easy for people to close the doors. Lobby size is a big minus. Loved the free toiletries/amenities next to reception area. Face oil, cleanser, toner & cream from DHC brand
