The service was incredibly thoughtful, and every staff member was super nice! Responses were lightning fast, and they arranged late-night milk and afternoon tea with fruit perfectly. Staying in the "Mantangfang" room, the private little balcony was absolutely beautiful! This place is definitely great value for money, and I'd stay here again next time I'm in Beijing. Highly recommend!

Courtyard Hotel Review: A Warm and Delightful Stay Staying at this courtyard hotel was truly a pleasant surprise. From the moment I stepped in, it felt like entering a secluded haven – bustling Beijing outside, yet absolute tranquility within. It was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. First, the service. Every staff member here was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel warm and cared for each day. The owner also goes out of their way to ensure every guest has a comfortable stay. The hotel not only offers breakfast but also afternoon tea and late-night snacks. They even bring milk and fruit before bed – such incredibly thoughtful service. The courtyard also has two adorable little birds. One is a charming cuddle-bug, and the other sings every morning. The kids absolutely loved them, and they added so much life to the place. I must particularly commend the dining. The beef noodles, wontons, and tangyuan (sweet rice balls) made by the auntie are absolutely superb! We stayed for six days and had a bowl of each every day; we simply couldn't get enough. Every day, they also offered different authentic desserts for us to try, each one a delightful surprise. While the room wasn't huge, the mattress had the perfect firmness, the pillows were incredibly comfortable, and there were even latex pillows available, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The various disposable amenities in the bathroom were also a thoughtful touch: mouthwash, laundry detergent, facial tissues… these are often not found in many hotels. The only minor drawback was that the water pressure was occasionally a bit low, but overall it was acceptable and didn't detract from the stay. The location is a major plus. The hotel is very close to all the attractions within the Second Ring Road, usually just a 10-minute taxi ride away. You can even cycle back to the hotel directly from Wangfujing Street, which is incredibly convenient. One day, we had to leave exceptionally early, and the kitchen auntie and the ladies helped us prepare breakfast by 6:30 AM, which we truly appreciated. Overall, these six days truly made us feel 'at home'. Thank you to every staff member for your attentive care. Next time I'm in Beijing, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

The room was clean and tidy, and the Siheyuan (quadrangle courtyard) had a great charm. The service was warm and attentive. The afternoon tea was not only delicious but also very tasteful, and the kids even got to make cotton candy. Lucky, the parrot in the hallway, could sing! Sitting on the covered bridge in the courtyard, I looked up and saw pigeons flying by... All in all, it was a very satisfying stay.

The hotel is excellent, with a lot of character. The decor and furnishings are exquisite, beautiful, and elegant. The environment is lovely, the facilities are modern, and it's very clean. The service is also fantastic, and the location is great. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this place special. They even upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciate!
