The room offers good accommodation for the necessary rest. Excellent hot and cold shower! The point that the administration deserves to take care is, in my view, the presentation of the SPA facilities, because the walls need reform and the ceilings of the bathroom and shower are with mopho signs, and needs the appropriate corrective measures. The environment of the SPA is, of course, very wet and this requires constant maintenance and special cleaning, which I found poor. In general, accommodation is valuable and I suggest, but I suggest that the hotel manager make a detailed inspection of the SPA facilities, because it is impossible to use the mopho environment on the walls (check the ceilings of the toilet and the shower).

I didn't expect to use Trip.com to book a hotel on a business trip abroad. The motherland is too strong. The room is very clean and it is recommended. I will continue to use Trip.com to book a hotel.

Very close to the airport and convenient transportation. The front desk will speak English and communicate smoothly. Breakfast is European, with many choices and neatly furnished.
The electrical facilities were slightly old. The room I stayed in that night, the air conditioner worked abnormally, and the air volume temperature could not be adjusted after restarting the power outage, or even closed. The maintenance staff did not get it until 2:30 in the morning. I hope the next stay will be more smooth.
Thank you for the front desk staff who are still on duty so late.

CClaudianeJá fui em vários hotéis em Caldas Novas e esse é o melhor! Ele dá direito a quatro parque aquáticos. As pessoas saem para os parques e as piscinas do hotel ficam super vazias e são super limpas! Ele fica muito bem localizado! Indico comprar pensão completa, a comida é boa! Ele é meia pensão! Mas se quiser adicionar uma refeição fica 58 reais por adulto e 41 reais por criança de 6 a 11 anos.
