Ambience really good, very calming and nice. The room is spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax. Iron was provided and everything was well-prepared. Location is convenient too, walking distance to Mahkota Parade (just cross the road) and Dataran Pahlawan with a connecting bridge at Level 3. Parking per day after validate is RM5, but if have event can validate for RM3. *Dont have the pic of the room, but here’s is the holding room if you ever want to hold an event at Hatten Hotel.

Good place to stay. Very spacious room for families. So comfortable. Close to many attractions.

The hotel is clean and smell really good. The room is spaciou and bed is good. We have good night rest. Shower pressure is good and bathroom size is just nice. The only complaint we have is the shower glass panels is too small and this cause the water splash out. room is well equipped with all emenities. They even provide red wine glasses, and plates in the rooms. What surprise me is they have a big cabinet that is with combination lock. This is a very good facility for whoever have big bag to keep safe.

Overall, the stay was good, but the handling of an accident involving the room key was very unprofessional. I accidentally left the room key (only one set was provided) inside the room. When I reached out for assistance, the customer service staff seemed more focused on blaming me rather than helping to resolve the situation. The incident happened around 6pm. Initially, I was told that a staff member would come over, and I was even asked to prepare a tip for the assistance—which I didn’t mind, as I just wanted the issue resolved so I could have peace of mind for dinner. However, things did not go as promised. I was told to go out first and wait to be contacted when the staff was about to arrive. I went to a nearby shop for dinner and waited, but as expected, no update came. I tried messaging and calling multiple times, but there was no response. After some time, another staff member messaged in the WhatsApp group, suggesting that I go for a walk while they arranged for someone to enter the room to look for the key without my presence. I was not entirely comfortable with this, but I agreed as I had little choice. At around 9pm, the customer service staff contacted me again to ask where I might have dropped the key. I politely suggested checking the living room floor area. Unfortunately, the reply I received was sarcastic, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant. To keep it brief, while the property itself was fine, the customer service was unfriendly and the handling of the situation was disappointing.

The hotel looks grand and the room is very spacious and clean. The view is great as I can see the city and sea partially. The bed and pillows are comfortable that helped me to sleep well😴 The staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon check in, the staff will provide you with their specially made cookies which tasted delicious😁 The only problem is that walking to Jonker Street is not convenient and you need to drive or Grab there in a few minutes 😅

Called at 10am to request early check in. Advised of additional cost. Agreed. Arrived at 12:30. Checked in. Went up to the room. Room was not ready. Requested room change and left luggage at reception. Went to the beach. Returned at 15:30 and checked in. TV was damaged. Lukewarm shower. TV screen damaged. WIFI not very good. Washing machine was beneficial. Quiet area. Isolated. Not much in the vicinity. I’d rented a car, so not an inconvenience. Requested early check in fee refund the next day. They said needed superior approval. Didn’t hear back for a while. Requested a follow up, stating payment for service not rendered must be refunded. They agreed. However, it felt like somewhat of a strange interaction, as their smirks were as if I shouldn’t have asked for it. Customer service was not agreed, although they rectified errors etc, the demeanor and reluctance was evident. The bed was comfortable. This type of accommodation is better for group travel. It was a spur of a moment booking due to urgent matter, and the property is nearest to the location I needed to be. That is all.

Cannot expect much as the room design a bit old. Especially the bathroom. But still okay. The iron board is there but cant find the iron. For the breakfast, waiting to get an omelte is too long plus the staff who do it not pratice good hygine.

The apartment is spacious, can fit for 13 pax peoples. Inside unit provided mahjong, arcade game, bath towel, shampoo and body wash. The public pool is big and kids are happy to enjoy it. Location also good, check in & check out is easy and host is responsive and helpful.
