What an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. There’s plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. It’s surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it!
The only minor downsides:
- you can’t really control the AC, there’s no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10
- there is no reception in the room
- there are not many power outlets in the room
The service and amenities are superb. The personels were very polite and accommodating. They gave us a very quiet room which is located on the 6th floor right on the roof deck. The food is good, breakfast is served in buffet which we really enjoy. It was such a memorable stay and we will definitely come back here.
”Twenty-one days in the Philippines, five different hotels. H Hotel is the best one. No debate. That’s it.
First morning, still half asleep, stepped out onto the balcony and the bay was just right there. Neither of us wanted to leave.
The staff remember things. Not in a trained way. They actually remember what you said yesterday and bring it up today. That’s different.
For breakfast, sharing one portion between two people is more than enough. You can add a smoothie or a coffee alongside it. After days of heavy food, an easy plant-based breakfast is exactly what you want in the morning. It felt like a reset.
The room is clean and comfortable. We spent time in the hanging chair, we didn’t want to get out of bed, the TV is big and the picture quality is good. We genuinely had to push ourselves to go outside.
Piece of Sky at night: good cocktails, the bay lit up below, live saxophone. I don’t know where else in El Nido you get all of that at once.
That’s the stay. Worth it.”
Hotel was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but a few portions of the resort are under renovation. The main pool needs repair. Other than that, we had a very good experience.
Stayed for two nights in a row. The hotel management definitely needs improvement! I paid extra for an adult rollaway bed, but there were no extra sheets or blankets, not even a bath towel or toothbrush... However, the hotel has a lot of facilities, including three pools and a waterpark, which was practically empty and provided a fantastic experience. In the evenings, there were even shows at the restaurant! Overall, it was a good experience!
Our experience at Lime Resorts was superb! Just staying at the Sky Lounge, taking a dip at the infinity pool, enjoying the unli popcorn and ice cream or ordering delicious foods and drinks at their resto, while watching the majestic sunset is already an excellent experience. The sunset view is breathtaking! The staffs are also nice and accommodating. Upgrading our room for a bigger one for free is highly appreciated. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of food, I enjoy the salad and pastries the most. Thank you Lime resort for making our stay a memorable one 💗
The hotel is nice, the room was big, we did switch room on second day for better view. The hotel was literally at 100% occupancy. The housekeeping was very efficient and so is the repair team. The location is very remote with not much around, so if you want to just relax, swim, and read a book, this is the perfect location. The hotel has a restaurant, a pool bar, a spa, a 24 hours gym, a pickle ball court, a large outdoor pool, and direct access to beach. On the positive side, the staff are so nice, very friendly, attend to your needs very efficiently. Honestly, I am super impressed that my room is always clean on time, there are always clean towels at the pool, this is extremely challenging for a fully booked hotel, which also was hosting a wedding and a conference during Valentine’s Day weekend and Chinese new years at the same time. On the negatives side, the carpet was dirty in both rooms, the AC was leaking and the toilet seat was broken, both were fixed right away. Because it is remote, we ate most of our meals in the hotel. The F&B program was not very well designed, options were limited for both breakfast and dinner buffet; after 3 days it feels a little like eating canteen food. Both my son and husband had salad on first day, while I only ate cooked food, so they were both pretty sick for the rest of the stay. Meanwhile, the operation team at the restaurant was clearly not ready for full occupancy, any order could easily take >45 mins and many local dishes were not available for days because lacking of LOCAL ingredients. They even ran out of ice cream at dinner, something that could have been stocked well in advance, unlike fresh vegetables. So any meal could take 1.5 - 2.0 hours. Again, the ataff was wonderful, they were doing everything they can to help. However, the management team really need to plan better for high season.
I really liked the hotel and the beach itself. There are sun loungers, showers, toilets, and a small pool within the glamping area. Vendors aren't allowed on the property, so you won't be bothered. It can be a bit noisy in the room in the evenings/at night due to nature sounds – some might not like it, but we found it pleasant to fall asleep to. The mountain view from the room is beautiful, but if you look down, it's a bit of a swamp and a parking lot – not so great.
Breakfasts are modest, machine coffee costs extra, and the fruits and vegetables are bland (except for the mango). Food and drink prices aren't cheap, but everything is good quality. Right outside the fence on the beach, there are several cafes, shops, and massage places.
Upon check-in, we received some welcome gifts: 2 bottles of water, apples, nuts, instant noodles, and a shell necklace! And upon check-out, we got some small pastries.
Transfers to/from El Nido airport or to the town center cost 1800 PHP for a minivan.
Pros: Large, nice-looking rooms, plenty of towels, spotless white linens.
Cons: Weak shower pressure, no handheld showerhead (only a rain shower), and no place to dry clothes.
We stayed in the King’s Prime View room (or something along those lines), and we honestly had a spectacular experience. The views were stunning — I’m sharing some photos because they really speak for themselves. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
The pools are great, super accessible, well-oriented for sun throughout the day, and overall very relaxing. The hotel is about 10–15 minutes away from the center. The on-site restaurant isn’t the best, of course, but the food is decent enough for dinner and does the job.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before heading to El Nido. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from the pool, overlooking Honda Bay, is simply breathtaking.
The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers and shuttle service to/from Robinson's Mall. You can also conveniently book a minivan to El Nido directly through them.
In my opinion, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Options included scrambled eggs/omelets, cereal, bread, jams, and butter. There was very little fruit and only one salad. The rice, soups, and other dishes weren't particularly appealing to a European palate (the meat and fish were too overcooked).
However, the à la carte menu for dinner and lunch (which is paid) was, on the contrary, very delicious.
The hotel itself is quite old. The furniture in the rooms shows its age. There was also a slight musty smell, although the cleanliness was maintained.
The staff were incredibly pleasant and responsive.
Overall, the hotel is suitable for 1-2 nights, but don't rely too heavily on the photos.

GGuest UserThe staff were always super helpful and kind! The facilities were really good for the price! It was not so close to the town but they provide a tuk tuk shuttle anytime to go and it worked quite well! Only improvement point would be to have more options for breakfast.
GGuest UserI rushed to the dive shop in town in the morning, but I learned that there was a typhoon and the coast guard refused to allow me to go to the wreck. They suggested that I go to this resort. This resort is right next to the wreck dive site and I can dive at any time, so I made a temporary reservation. of the order. The resort includes pick-up and drop-off. There is an office at the three-way intersection in the center of the town. The bus leaves at ten o'clock. I originally went for diving and didn't expect much from the hotel. Unexpectedly, the hotel was an unexpected surprise. The reception staff on the island were very enthusiastic. They were all smiling from the moment we picked people up from the pier. The scene was very much like being in Madai. One island and one hotel, the environment is very good, the architectural style is a bit like Six Senses, but for me the one drawback is that the room does not have air conditioning, although it is not very hot. The hotel provides three meals a day, but the catering is relatively simple, probably because there are not many guests and it is not a buffet. Each meal has three dishes, a salad, a main dish, and a seasonal vegetable. The taste is basically good. Dinner and dessert included ice cream. The owner and management of the resort are also very friendly. We drank and chatted at the rock bar and had dinner together. Finally, the important point is that I came here to dive, and I can say that this diving resort is definitely the best without even comparing it to Cologne Wreck Diving. Due to its unique geographical location, all dive shops in the town have to take more than an hour to get there by boat, and every person who dives can only hang out on the boat waiting for the next dive. Living here is different. The dive sites are all around the resort. You come back to rest after every dive. It feels like a PG. It is very comfortable and is especially friendly to people with seasickness. The dive guide Josh is a funny big boy. I also want to thank his father Ronaldo from Neptune Dive for recommending such a good diving resort to me.
