BbeibeiloveseaComing to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊 At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food. The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!

SSixiangyiwuThe MTR (subway) and public transport are right nearby, and the surrounding malls are very close. The area is relatively quiet, allowing you to experience local life, giving it a Kamakura-like vibe. The restaurants are all places where locals frequently eat.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy. The hotel beds were spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds, perfectly fine for 3-4 people. The room rate was very reasonable. The hotel's location is also excellent, right above Mong Kok East MTR station, and it's connected to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. From the airport, take the A21 bus to Mong Kok, then walk through a covered walkway directly to the hotel, which takes about 10 minutes if you walk fast. No need to worry about rain, it's fantastic. Plus, the walkway itself is a popular spot for influencers, with many people taking great photos of Mong Kok's street views.

PpjasiaI’ve stayed at Dorsett WC 2 weeks in a row and was pleasantly surprised by the overall professional standard. All employees I interacted with assisted and sorted out issues in a quiet competent manner. A problem with the TV was resolved by pulling together people from IT dpt, housekeeping and a Gen Z employee who spotted the remaining problem immediately. Room rates are well priced and I upgraded myself to a premier (larger room) with great view of the Happy Valley race course for a marginal amount. Both rooms I stayed in had spacious walk in showers with premium shower gel, shampoo etc. Overall extremely pleasant stay with great breakfast buffet.

YYaya行走中的生活博主This was my first stay at the Ocean Park Hotel, and overall, I was very satisfied. Both the transportation and service were excellent! 🚌【Super Convenient Transportation | Dedicated Shuttle Bus】 The hotel offers a professional shuttle bus service 🥳 which connects to the MTR station. It's super convenient for getting to and from the city center or heading home. The transportation facilities are comprehensive, so you don't have to worry about getting around at all! 🚗【Excellent Self-Parking Service】 We drove to the hotel this time, and they offer 24-hour parking service for $500/24 hours, with clear and transparent pricing 💳. The parking attendant that day was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. It made for a fantastic experience for self-driving guests! 🧹【Clean and Tidy Rooms | Comfortable Stay】 The room interior was very clean, neat, and comfortable. The environment was bright and spotless, making for a very reassuring stay 😌. The only minor, minor flaw: the room doesn't provide bottled water; you have to get water from the corridor yourself. It's a slight inconvenience, but it didn't affect the overall experience at all. 🍽【Highly Recommend the Hotel Buffet | Excellent Value for Money 🔥】 The biggest surprise this time was the hotel's evening buffet! The Trip.com page didn't list the buffet package initially, but we purchased it directly at the hotel and even got an exclusive discount ✨. For an average of just over five hundred dollars per person, the ingredients were fresh, the variety was rich, and the taste quality was very high. Considering the environment and quality, it offers exceptional value for money and is definitely worth trying! 🌟Overall Review The parking service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet offered incredible value for money! It's perfect for a vacation or a stay when visiting Ocean Park. The overall experience was super satisfying and definitely worth a return visit 👍

Excellent
GGuest UserThe service was exceptional. Firstly, they genuinely helped me solve a problem: my husband has a herniated disc, and the hotel promptly switched to a firm mattress. We extended our stay for two more days, and they prioritized giving us a twin room. Secondly, from the front desk to the concierge, to the pool and spa, every staff member we encountered was genuinely courteous and polite, making us feel comfortable and happy. The room layout was well-designed. In the twin room, each bed was very large, so for a couple with a child, even without an extra bed, two people on one bed would be perfectly fine. I had a complimentary extra bed for my 12-year-old son, and that bed was also very comfortable. So, it offered excellent value for money! The hotel's location is superb. Even if you don't go out, there's plenty to do within the hotel. It's connected to a shopping mall, the heated pool is incredibly clean with beautiful views, and the drinks and snacks are of good quality. The therapists at the spa are professional, and if you don't opt for a massage, you can still enjoy spa facilities like the steam room for free. Breakfast was decent. There was a good variety, and the quality was acceptable, but it lacked a distinctive character. Overall, our stay at the Four Seasons Hong Kong was an excellent experience! I would choose to stay here again in the future!

MMaxiangcaiI was very satisfied with this stay. The check-in process was smooth from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were patient and polite, and the手続き (procedures) were handled very quickly. The room was spotless, the bathroom was dry with no water stains, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The blackout curtains and soundproofing were excellent, making it very quiet at night, which ensured a great night's sleep. The air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi in the room all worked stably, and the amenities were complete and sufficient. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway and commercial areas, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. Housekeeping was prompt and the service was great. Overall, the value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. It's my top choice for travel, and I've already saved it. I'll prioritize staying here again next time.

DdaddyLingLoved the rooms. We booked a family quad toom and a triple room. Both are very nice and cosy. I especially liked the bathrooms. The shampoo and body wash and hand soap leaves a nice fragrance. The rain shower works very well. Sufficient water pressure. Staff were very helpful and provided great suggestions. There is a shuttle bus that brings you to the nearby metroplaza. That provides a lot of shopping and food options. It's every 30 min and there is also the same shuttle bus that brings you back to the hotel. So going out from hotel is very convenient too! Just book a place earlier and be on time for the bus. I very much liked how they cut down on plastic by having water refill facilities on every floor. Makes it very user friendly and we need not worry about not having enough water. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others!

GGuest UserI was so busy I forgot to take photos, so I'll just talk about it. Firstly, the location is excellent. Secondly, the staff's service attitude is wonderful. During the day, there's a young man, and at night, there's a foreign young woman. The young man always greets you with a smile and speaks softly, as if he's afraid you might feel discriminated against. The foreign young woman is a bit introverted. When I saw her in the evening returning to the hotel, she wanted to say hello but didn't speak Chinese, so she just nodded at me from behind the counter. That evening, while I was showering in the hotel, someone knocked on the door. I thought it was the room next door, so I leisurely continued showering for over 10 minutes. Afterwards, when I finished showering, I realized the knocking hadn't stopped. I said 'wait,' and the knocking immediately stopped. I put on my clothes and opened the door. The young woman then nodded and asked, 'Are you speak English?' I actually know a little, but instinctively I said 'no' 😂. She then said 'wait' and handed me her phone. I thought she wanted me to look at a translation, but it was actually a call, most likely from the boss, who apologized and explained that there was a problem with the room today. Honestly, I had noticed it but wasn't too bothered, but their meticulous attitude was really impressive. After the call, the young woman nodded, said 'tks,' and left. She had waited at my door for over ten minutes just to explain this. The boss is very diligent, and the entire hotel definitely follows their excellent example, not cutting corners with customers. Another day, the young man was looking after the hotel. As soon as he saw me, he immediately apologized for yesterday's issue and even gave me a small gift as compensation. This shows that the staff remember their guests, and I didn't feel even a little bit mistreated during my entire stay. So, if you're shy, go for it! The old man who watches over the downstairs area is also very nice. If he sees you're from out of town, he'll keep an eye on you – not because he's worried you'll do something wrong, but because he's afraid you might need directions, and he's watching so you can ask him (this is my own imagination 😂). Because when I asked him, he even helped me press the elevator button and told me where to go. The hotel might be a bit hard to find for mainland Chinese. Make sure you look for the entrance between 53 and 55, then go in, otherwise you might go to the wrong place – don't ask me how I know. Thumbs up to all the staff, and thumbs up to the boss's hospitality. I hope the hotel keeps up the good work. I'll definitely come back to Hong Kong, but it's been raining a lot recently, so I only stayed for one day. If you don't like small rooms or expensive prices, don't stay here. If you're afraid of being mistreated or dealing with hassle, then stay here without hesitation. One last thing, if you have an issue, email them, the phone might not connect, and don't ask me how I know that either. They respond to emails very quickly! Also, boss, give that young man and young woman a raise, and if you really do, tell me, and I'll come back to stay again! 🤪
