Beautifully designed hotel with nice rooms. Hot water and aircon do not work well. Water is too hot and takes time to cool. Aircon takes time to cool the room. Plug points are not strategically placed for charging of devices. Gym is hot and stuffy with certain machines not connected to power.

Like the hotel so much with Kg Morten View from balcony. The best Nyonya Laksa Mee for breakfast in town. Sincere complement to the Chef who prepared the Nyonya Laksa. Taste is superb. 3 bowsl cleaned.

Good environment, clean and comfortable room for families member.. the hotel located in the middle's of malacca town and full of facilities. The swimming pool outside the hotel building also clean and suitable for kids and adult. Will repeat if come to malacca 🥰🥰

The bellboy was super nice; he helped me call a taxi and even explained to the driver where I could get cash. The room was very comfortable, as expected from Hilton. The only downside was that I booked this hotel because the pictures showed a direct sea view. However, all I could see was a sliver of the sea between two buildings. There was another building between the hotel and the sea, which made me feel quite disappointed, like that old saying 'if you have Zhou Yu, why bother with Zhuge Liang?'. Overall, I'm still very satisfied with this hotel; the restaurant food was delicious too. And most importantly, staying at this hotel in Malacca really made me feel safe.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. During peak season, more seating should be provided around the pool area. We had to stand while watching our children swim because all the available chairs were occupied by other guests. The number of chairs is quite limited. The air conditioning in the room could not be adjusted, which affected our comfort. The TV was also lagging, and the Wi-Fi connection was weak. Unfortunately, mobile data coverage in the area was slow as well, making internet access difficult. Despite these issues, the good breakfast selection and overall experience made the stay enjoyable. With some improvements to the facilities, it could be an even better experience for guests.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was comfortable and cozy, and it was nice to have YouTube available on the TV. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The remote control had no battery, which made it inconvenient to use. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Also, there was some trash left inside the fridge, so cleanliness could be improved a little more.

I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, who were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
