We take room number 612. Their plug not working at 2 points. 1 is near dressing table and another 1 is real room phone table. Their washing face side light not working. Their toilet water wash hose leaking. Firstly we notice didn't provide toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. After we call up to reception then provided. For room issue we reported ask them to settle by giving when we go out. But didn't settle. Saying maintenance team were checked. But didn't do anything. After we report 2nd time saying want to check in midnight 12.35am. That's was our rest and sleeping time. Next day we waited to repair but no changes. They provide another room to change at 2nd day around 10.50am. But we have settle our stuff all at that room. We decide just leave it another 1 day to stay. So we don't want to change the room.

Booked sea view room but most of the sea view rooms are heavily obstructed sea views with rooftops. Got room 235, which has less than half beach view. Totally cannot watch the fire show from any window and balcony, because of the useless roof although for one of the nights, the fire show is directly in front of the room. Must request for the top floor for minimal obstructed sea view, which seems like four rooms only. The bottom floor doesn't have a sea view but has direct access to the pool. The sea view room is bigger with a bathtub. Recommended to get breakfast here although it is dull because there aren't any other shops nearby that are open for breakfast. For a cheap island hopping tour, walk to ab motel to get it. Unless you really need the bathtub, feel it's better to get the family room for the price and size, since the sea view is quite unacceptable. Seems on a certain night, they will host a special candle light dinner on the beach for couples with a fire show but did not ask for the price. And saw some special celebration dinner arrangements on the beach.

Rebak Island Resort & Marina, the sole hotel on Langkawi's Rebak Island, offered me an unforgettable vacation. If you're seeking a truly secluded sanctuary to connect with nature and escape the hustle and bustle, I wholeheartedly recommend this place! The island's environment is simply breathtaking! Surrounded by refreshing scenery, there are plenty of trails to explore on foot. What surprised me most was the excellent ecological preservation here. The hotel even offers a guided one-hour nature walk every Sunday at 8:30 AM. Through this, I learned about many unique Malaysian flora and fauna – it was a truly valuable learning experience! Beyond hiking, we could also cycle. The bay where the hotel is situated is also a significant stop for global sailing, adding a special maritime flair to the entire resort. What truly warmed my heart during this trip was the hotel's service. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and I sincerely thank them for that! Our package included dinner, and breakfast was a standard buffet with a wide variety of choices. The dinner menu also offered excellent selection, and both the taste and service left us very satisfied. Even better, despite being on a private island, transportation to and from the mainland was absolutely no issue. There are several complimentary shuttle boat services daily, making it very convenient. Of course, even in a perfect experience, there were some things to get used to. 1. **Soundproofing in wooden villas:** The hotel rooms are older-style wooden villas, usually two stories. If you stay on the ground floor, you will indeed hear the footsteps of guests upstairs quite clearly. 2. **Monkey neighbors:** Because the island's ecosystem is so thriving, we had quite a few monkey neighbors! Everyone needs to be extra careful and remember not to leave your room door open, otherwise, they might come in and ”steal” your food. **Summary:** Putting aside the soundproofing of the older villas and the ”mischief” of the little monkeys, Rebak Island Resort & Marina earned my highest praise for its unparalleled natural environment, rich ecological activities, and thoughtful, attentive service. It was a soulful journey back to nature!

The chalet is located by a quiet beach near other resorts. It is unlike the other neighbouring beach which is full of tourists. Here you can enjoy privacy and quietness . We stayed in water chalet at the upper floor unit. Once entering the surrounding you will feel like you are in ancient Japanese or Korean past decade. It is a truly amazing experience. The room furniture is sturdy and well maintained. The outside and the inside really match my taste. The water chalet is unique and relaxing. I will sure book again. The only thing I would like to raise for improvement is the stairs to go up the unit . It is very dark and the light will only be turned on at night at 7.00pm. Under the staircase you will see mass. Other than these everything is okay.

Short ISLAND break frm the CHAOTIC city life ! Impromptu trip, booked my ✈️ a day before departure. 4D3N just because i just want to laze around & spoil myself before 2026 bid gdbye. Found Croske Resort as a gem since this hotel is just next to airport AND free shuttle service for airport pickup/drop off is a BONUS ! Hotel provides shuttle to Cenang beach (to/fro) BUT need reservation in advance and the shuttle runs 4 times in a day. Good to catch sunset by the beach and purchase chocolate souvenirs at nearby Cenang Mall ! Grab is also cheap to move around at reasonable price. Tried room service as i was tired on my 1st day, ordered seafd tomyum (too salty, didn't like the cooking) TV has a faulty, what makes it frustrating/ challenging is that all rooms doesn't have a telephone so basically guests communicate with reception desk and all other service via WhatsApp thru the QR code provided in room. (The digital era living we're all in now, lost the human touch & more honest/warm hospitality & customer care) I want to thank the hotel manger for the service recovery. Complimentary cut fruits was served into my room for the delay of technical support due to TV faulty, I was delighted to see the fruit plate when i got back from the beach at night. If you need an accommodation near the airport, book with them for their convenience of airport shuttle, if you prefer to be near attraction sites/beach, book at any hotel near Cenang Mall. Housekeeping did a tremendously great job, room and hotel lobby are spotlessly CLEAN.

had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Villa Langkawi from 15th to 19th September, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and direct beach access that made every morning feel like a tropical escape. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved waking up to the serene sounds of nature and enjoying my coffee on the balcony with a view of the pool and gardens. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant team, everyone made sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The beach was stunning – clean, peaceful, and perfect for swimming or just lounging under the sun. I also appreciated the range of facilities available, from the lovely infinity pool to the well-equipped spa and beachfront restaurant. Overall, Holiday Villa Langkawi offered the perfect blend of relaxation and comfort. I truly enjoyed my time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Langkawi.

Before arriving, I was a bit worried the hotel might be old or the service lacking, but after checking in, everything exceeded my expectations. This is a truly beautiful hotel, just renovated in 2023. It boasts the best private beach on Cenang Beach, and the pool water quality is excellent. The resort features low-density bungalows, and the overall landscape of the hotel is stunning. The rooms are quite spacious, the bathrooms are very roomy, and the water pressure is great. The toiletries are from the Dutch brand Rituals. Every room also has a private terrace. Whether it was the front desk staff, the restaurant, bar, or shuttle service personnel, everyone was incredibly friendly and responsive to guest requests. I particularly enjoyed the food at the Asian restaurant, and the breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of dishes that changed daily. In the evenings, there was a lovely singer performing in the lobby. My family and I had a wonderful four-day holiday here. If I come back to Langkawi, I will definitely choose this place again.
