"This was the most expensive and worst room of our Europe trip. There was an exhibition in Munich and a spring carnival nearby, so the room rate was several times higher than usual. **Environment:** The main plus point is its convenient location. It's very close to the bus station for tours to Neuschwanstein Castle, and there are restaurants and supermarkets right outside. **Facilities:** The room and bathroom were tiny; it was hard to even open our luggage. The facilities were quite old, but at least there was an elevator. **Service:** The breakfast was decent, suitable for Western palates, and the front desk offered 24-hour service. Overall, it was very poor value for money. Plus, it rained, which unfortunately left my child with a bad impression of Germany. 😂"

"The room was big, it has a fan and a small balcony with window that you can opened so it helps though the room has no AC and it is summer but cool at night. Our room also has double bed plus 1 bunkbed. The room can be easily occupied for 4 guests if needed. The location is not too far from München HBF, we walked around 15 minutes to Flixbus stop near HBF and the area is safe. The hotel staff ladies in the reception area during our check out date were very kind and helpful. We also get help to store our luggage in the hotel even after checked out. The hotel has a nice lobby area where you can buy drinks or snacks from vending machine. Overall, it was a satisfying stay for us and we surely come back staying here next time. Thanks a&o München hotel team!"
