When I first saw that it opened in 2010, my heart sank a little, fearing the facilities might be outdated. But I decided to give it a try. As soon as the car entered the main gate, I was blown away. Especially after going up the slope and entering the second gate, it felt like an ancient ******* manor. The entire hotel exuded a grand yet culturally rich atmosphere. It perfectly showcased the sophisticated essence of ******* culture. The rooms are huge, mostly over 50-60 square meters, and the temperature inside was very comfortable, without that stale smell you often find in older hotels. The only thing I'd complain about is that for a hotel in this price range, the breakfast selection isn't very extensive. Overall, it's the absolute best in Lhasa. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on future visits.

The hotel is well-equipped, the lobby is bright and provides preheated flower tea, and the sofa is comfortably lit. For business rooms, you can make an appointment with a butler to pick you up at the airport direct bus station (locally called: Civil Aviation Administration). I feel safe traveling alone😇
🫢 There are many breakfast options, the drink machine is easy to use, and you can see the street view from the cafeteria, so you can know the weather conditions of the day😍 The hotel has 24-hour oxygen supply and air conditioning, and it is very comfortable to stay. The staff are very friendly and willing to help 💯 The TV in the room has an in-depth introduction to the museum, so you can watch the show before leaving💬 I will choose this hotel again next time I come to play😉

GGuest UserOur overall stay exceeded expectations! The front desk staff were efficient and friendly during check-in, and proactively offered recommendations for local eateries and transportation routes. The room was meticulously cleaned with no unpleasant odors, the bathroom was spotless, and the mattress offered just the right firmness. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing us to sleep soundly through the night. The hotel amenities were comprehensive, and its prime location made shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. This place offers exceptional value for money and is now my top choice for travel. I've already recommended it to friends.
GGuest UserThe environment of the homestay in the villa area is very good, good parking, there are charging piles nearby, sleep quietly at night, there is a rest area in the lobby, reading area, drinking tea area, the room is very clean, and the same oxygen generator as the Tibet Museum infirmary, the boss is very enthusiastic, very recommended
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, nestled right between Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. You can walk to all the main attractions, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk service was wonderfully warm and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, they presented us with a Hada (a traditional ceremonial scarf) and offered hot towels and Rhodiola tea, which was very thoughtful and attentive. The staff proactively helped with our luggage and patiently explained how to use the in-room oxygen equipment. The hotel itself is clean and elegant, and our room was spacious and spotless. The excellent oxygen facilities really helped alleviate any altitude sickness, ensuring we slept soundly every night. The hotel even thoughtfully gifted us some local specialty snacks, showing their sincerity in every detail. Overall, the stay was exceptional. I highly recommend it for its environment, service, and value for money.
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and tidy, and the rooms were well-equipped with oxygen concentrators and humidifiers. The front desk staff and other hotel employees were all very friendly and accommodating. We received complimentary fruit in our room, and the living room offered a direct view of the Potala Palace. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the staff at the executive lounge were very enthusiastic with their service. Although I experienced some altitude sickness, the hotel's thoughtful service made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.
GGuest UserThe hotel offers high-quality centralized diffused oxygen for 18 hours. The Thangka murals and frescoes are so well-maintained they look brand new, preserving a rich ethnic charm. The solid wood furniture and exquisite ******* decorations complement each other perfectly, showing meticulous attention to detail in every corner. The hotel is incredibly well-prepared for the plateau climate; not only do the rooms have 18-hour diffused oxygen, but also humidifiers and constant temperature underfloor heating. I didn't have to worry about altitude sickness or dryness at all, and I slept soundly every night in Lhasa.
The service was simply impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, offering thoughtful advice on high-altitude travel during check-in and serving warm Rhodiola tea. The hotel also provides a complimentary ******* clothing experience and professional photography service. In the charming Tibetan-style courtyard, every photo turns out like a masterpiece. On Tuesday afternoons, you can even join 'A-Jia' (******* elder sister) to experience making 'tsampa' (a ******* staple food), which is a truly memorable activity.
__WeChat258344****The room was clean and hygienic, located right on Lhasa's pedestrian street, with a night market just outside. It's situated between the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, both about a six to seven-minute walk away. Downstairs, there's a yak hotpot restaurant with the popular internet celebrity, Little Lamu, performing. They also have automatic robots that deliver takeout directly to your room. The hotel has a free parking lot on the -1 floor, which is very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lhasa, it's reliable! [Strong][Strong][Strong]
MM249649****This was my first time in Lhasa with three elderly family members. The hotel's facilities were quite complete, and although it's a bit older, it's well-maintained. The service was warm and friendly, and we were very satisfied with our stay. When we arrived, the staff at the entrance proactively helped us with our luggage. Yesterday, one of the seniors experienced some altitude sickness, and when we returned to the hotel, the front desk attendant kindly provided an oxygen tank, which effectively alleviated their symptoms. I was so busy looking after them that I forgot to take any pictures of the hotel.
GGuest User1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends.
2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large.
3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway.
4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent.
5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

GGuest UserDuring the two days in Shanzeju, the peach blossoms bloomed more and more every day, and I felt the romance of winter🥰
The hotel environment is very beautiful, making us feel warm and comfortable during the journey. We arranged afternoon tea for us. For dinner, we can go to the ******* family to taste the farmhouse. The sweet tea is very delicious, with a strong milky aroma and not too sweet.
Special praise goes to Mr. Wang and Azhen, who are very attentive and enthusiastic in every detail, and their service exceeds that of a five-star resort hotel🫶🏻🫶🏻🥰🥰
Travel to Nyingchi ”Milin”, come to Shanzeju to feel the charm here👍🏻👍🏻
