After arriving at Zhengzhou East Station, you can take a DiDi bus from the P5 parking lot. Our family of three took a DiDi there, and with the 9 RMB toll fee, it cost around 77 RMB. It was a bit far. The hotel is quite large, and the decor is decent. There were many staff members in the lobby, but only one person was handling check-ins. You have to scan and check in yourself. If there are multiple guests, you need to take photos of each person's ID and do a face scan for verification, which was not a great experience. A bunch of staff were just greeting people, but the actual check-in process is self-service. The room overall was okay, and breakfast was also fine. There were no giraffes to feed in winter. The hotel has a small train that goes to Yinji Animal Park, which is convenient. In the evening, we couldn't find a car to go out for dinner, so we took a small electric scooter. In the morning, there were DiDis available to go back to Zhengzhou city center.

The location is great, right next to Qingming Riverside Landscape Park, about a 300-meter walk to the scenic area. Public transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. There's also an underground parking lot, which is very convenient for parking.
The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Check-in was efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any request. They even proactively shared local travel tips. The little cats and dogs in the courtyard were also adorable.
The room facilities were complete, and the underfloor heating was wonderfully warm – though a humidifier would be a nice bonus. The hairdryer and toilet in the room were excellent, and the hot water was very comfortable. Each room has a unique design, perfect for couples.
Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant, offering great value for money. I'll definitely come back again!

This feels like the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in for this price. The attention to detail is excellent; even chain hotels often have flimsy slippers, but here, the disposable slippers are made of fleece, just like their towels. They even provide Jing Tian bottled water, and all the disposable cups are individually sealed in bags. The bath towels are also disposable. The whole place is just incredibly clean. I usually avoid using hotel kettles, but I'd trust the one here to be spotless. Plus, the entire room was very clean with no strange smells, and it's super close to the snack street and the subway station, which is incredibly convenient. The quality here far exceeds the price. My friends and I all agreed we'd definitely stay here again.
We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town.
Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide.
The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast.
Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service.
Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.
Facilities: Very comprehensive, with toiletries, bath products, and even a Dyson hairdryer... everything you could need. There are also cotton slippers and shower sandals.
Airport, High-speed rail transfer service: Very fast, just book in advance.
First round mini-bar: Comes with four drinks (one beer). There's also a 'goodnight tea' service, which is a light and nourishing tremella soup.
Cleanliness: Spotless and refreshing.
Environment: Quiet, with a well-equipped gym.
Service: Thoughtful and comprehensive. Just call the front desk with any requests, and they respond promptly.

Even though it was the holiday and crowded, the homestay was directly in the center of the ancient city, making it really convenient to stay there. The staff members were kind and offered to buy us medicine when we were sick. Even with the language barrier, the hotel still tried its best to communicate using WeChat with us and was offering a really good experience for tourists like us. Overall, this homestay experience was amazing, since all of the staff members were extremely welcoming and kind.
Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. But the service was heartwarming: when it snowed, staff helped clear the snow from our car, and the shuttle service was always prompt. We'll definitely be back! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel's location is excellent and transportation is very convenient, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Before arriving at the hotel, I called to inquire about some travel tips, and the staff patiently explained everything. Upon entering the hotel, there's a concierge in the lobby who helps with luggage storage, and they were all very warm and professional.
I was traveling with my children from Xi'an and chose the hot spring hotel opposite the park for convenience. If you book a two-day and one-night hotel + Animal Kingdom + hot spring package, you can stay in the Animal Kingdom unlimited times for two days. The hotel is clean and tidy from the moment you enter, and the front desk staff has a very good attitude. When you bring your children, you get a free upgrade to the room type. The room is not small, but it is not enough for a bath. You have to go to the first floor of the hotel, and there is no way to bathe in the room. The breakfast was average and tasted moderate. Most of the hot spring pools are open until 22:00 in the evening. There are pools for children to play in. Because of the tight schedule, I was not able to experience it. The overall attitude of the hotel service staff is very good. I remember that there was a room lady named Wendy Zhang Chunxia who responded to the inquiry and introduced the other facilities of the hotel. Before leaving, she specifically told her to contact us if she had any questions. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality. . Before leaving the hotel, the children specifically promised to stay here again next time. The service will make up for many shortcomings. I wish your hotel a prosperous business.

The room is very spacious, and the location is excellent. It's just 100 meters from Lijing Gate and 300 meters from Shizi Street, with the subway station right downstairs. This makes getting around and dining incredibly convenient.
Suggestion: It would be great to have a shelf in the bathroom. There's nowhere to put clothes when showering, and you can't exactly walk out naked!
Also, every morning at 6:30 AM sharp, women start their square dancing downstairs.

MM59276****1. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Jiefang Road Subway Station, making transportation very convenient.
2. The hotel's service is top-notch. A special thanks to the front desk for their warm hospitality; the staff on the 16th floor were diligent and meticulously attentive; and the female attendant with glasses who brought snacks and fruit was incredibly thoughtful and patient.
3. The room had good soundproofing, was clean, hygienic, and tidy, and even had an air purifier.
4. The Day Light Pavilion restaurant on the 18th floor was bright and luxurious, and the breakfast selection was extensive.
5. The high-speed rail pick-up service was fantastic; the driver proactively helped me with my luggage.
6. Both the hardware and software at Luoyang Christine Hotel are outstanding. I will definitely return to Luoyang.
GGuest UserAll in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station).
Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.
GGuest UserMeets the introduction. It has a sense of design and a good location, just behind the entrance to the underground garage in the ancient town.
But the price/performance ratio is really average.
This cost-effectiveness is reflected in three aspects. First, the price is really expensive. The newly opened Marriott is only 720 a night. Second, the ancient town is really average. It is a costume photography base. There are few stores, and half of them are under development. I am really worried about Luoyang’s infrastructure. Suitable for young couples and girls. It doesn't make much sense for parents and children, especially boys, to live here. Third, the hardware is okay, but the software details are so-so. For example, the breakfast is very low. Compared with the other two hotels I stayed in, the service and catering services are incomparable.
MM29429****Hotel location is good, very close to the high-speed rail station and subway station, travel is very convenient, the room size is also large, spacious and bright, the shower is smooth, the bathroom is dry and wet, there is free underground parking and self-service laundry room, the front desk service is warm and intimate, the stay experience is quite good.
NNquokWe are very pleased to locate and stayed in this hotel. The location is superb whereby all amenities are nearby. Approx 250m away. Bedroom is big , bed, mattress are very comfortable and clean. The only setback is that the hotel is undergoing some repairs and refurbished work that causes some inconvenience to us , like noise and dusty. It will be great if they can stop the work during our stay since it is their lull period and there are no other customers.
Breakfast is hot and acceptable though is China Style.
The front desk personal is helpful and kind to suggest to us to cut short our stay due to 2 scenic places at Yuntai Mountain are closed for upgrading work.
We did not do so as the place nice and relaxing. We booked 3 rooms in total. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Highly recommended.
GGuest UserSuper close to park entrance and restaurants. Excellent room with easy to connect (bring hdmi cable) projector to watch a movie. Lots of free bottled water and friendly staff. The bathroom facilities could use a bit of tender love and care. The bath is amazing but super hot and the bathrooms are just lacking last finishing touch. Breakfast was not our style; corn vegetabel soup. The bed is amazing, not too hard like many Chinese. Also, our room was actually smoke free, contrary to many other “non smoking” rooms. Excellent stay! Picture is view from our room. We were on the top floor, room with large tub.
CChunqingshaonvguaI was quite satisfied with the room, so I stayed there again this time. The room is quite large and not depressing at all. The sanitation is also very detailed and clean. The equipment is also quite complete, the water flow is relatively smooth, and the surrounding area is also very convenient. There are also many places to eat nearby. You can also store things at the front desk. The front desk service is also very good. Thumbs up
11360183****The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around; it's only a 3-4 minute walk to the scenic area's transportation hub. It's very convenient to reach all the major attractions. The rooms are spacious and offer views of Yuntai Mountain. Although it's a bit old, it's well-maintained.
GGuest UserIt is highly recommended to stay here when watching the Zen Ceremony! After visiting the Shaolin Temple during the day, I checked in, had dinner and rested for a while. When I got there, I went to watch the Zen Ceremony. It was a three-minute walk. It was so convenient. The room was big enough and the environment was beautiful. It was very nice!
NNanbeiliangjixingThe hotel is actually quite good. Looking at the foyer, lobby and decoration, it must have been a place to receive big leaders and cadres in the past, so when you book a room, you will find that there are many single rooms, which are not called double rooms but single rooms. The double boutique standard room I booked was larger, and the bathroom was pretty good, with a bathtub and shower, the water was very hot, almost all disposable items were provided, and the toothbrush was also very useful. The bed is also very comfortable, but compared to the standard room single beds in newly renovated hotels that usually range from 1.35 meters to 1.5 meters, the 1.2-meter bed here is really small, so you should be careful when bringing children. The bed is relatively high and does not lean against the walls on either side. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip showed that it would upgrade my room. When I checked in, the lady was also very polite and said that if there were elderly families, I could get a room closer to the elevator, or I could walk a little further and get a room with a balcony. Listen. I was quite happy. My mother also praised the service here for respecting the elderly and caring for the young. In the end, I was given a room that was almost at the end of the corridor and next to the balcony room without a balcony... This polite service was a bit boring. Oh... the breakfast was pretty good. It cost 40 yuan for an extra person. The food was also very good. There were mutton soup, rice noodles, noodles and dumplings, all of which were delicious. The waiters in the restaurant were very nice and even took the initiative to help make coffee. It’s best to use cups with hot milk instead of cups with handles, it’s too hot... Before I left, the lady in the lobby gave me a small gift in the hope of helping me comment. The lady gave me a list. I only remembered that there was Xiaoting, but I couldn’t remember anything else. .
