This feels like the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in for this price. The attention to detail is excellent; even chain hotels often have flimsy slippers, but here, the disposable slippers are made of fleece, just like their towels. They even provide Jing Tian bottled water, and all the disposable cups are individually sealed in bags. The bath towels are also disposable. The whole place is just incredibly clean. I usually avoid using hotel kettles, but I'd trust the one here to be spotless. Plus, the entire room was very clean with no strange smells, and it's super close to the snack street and the subway station, which is incredibly convenient. The quality here far exceeds the price. My friends and I all agreed we'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very big and the scenery is beautiful. The package we bought allows us to enter the Animal Kingdom in advance and have unlimited entry and exit. The package also includes hot springs and ice and snow world. It is very refreshing to soak in hot springs after playing every day. It is also very convenient for eating and traveling. We booked an Ultraman theme room with a small tent in the room, which the children like very much. The hotel facilities are complete, and there are many parent-child activities, including educational toys, Lego puzzle toys, and children's driving schools. The service of the staff is also very good, and they will answer any questions with a kind attitude. We are very satisfied. It is a good place to bring children to play.

Coming from Xi'an, where I frequently take my family to 5-star hot spring hotels like Angsana in Lintong and those in Tai Bai Mountain Tang Town, we're certainly no strangers to hot spring accommodations. However, I never expected to discover such a fantastic hot spring hotel here in Luoyang. The stay was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was exquisite, and our butler was exceptionally attentive, providing impeccable care and service. They even arranged transfers for us wherever we needed to go. We just returned today, and I'm already planning another visit next month! This wonderful place has truly made Luoyang feel much closer, making it perfect for a short two-day weekend getaway. Whether it's soaking in the hot springs, swimming in the infinity pool, or enjoying the delicious and refined breakfast, these are truly unparalleled choices for a weekend escape! Once again, many thanks to the hotel for such a wonderful experience, and special gratitude to our butler for their care and attention to my family. Looking forward to our next stay!

The location is great, right next to Qingming Riverside Landscape Park, about a 300-meter walk to the scenic area. Public transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. There's also an underground parking lot, which is very convenient for parking. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Check-in was efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any request. They even proactively shared local travel tips. The little cats and dogs in the courtyard were also adorable. The room facilities were complete, and the underfloor heating was wonderfully warm – though a humidifier would be a nice bonus. The hairdryer and toilet in the room were excellent, and the hot water was very comfortable. Each room has a unique design, perfect for couples. Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant, offering great value for money. I'll definitely come back again!

Booked the Luoyang Auverse Hotel for our family trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local food. There are also many attractions nearby, all within walking distance, which was perfect for visiting with kids. Luoyang's culture is wonderful, and the people are very friendly. The room itself was quite nice – spacious and very clean, making it ideal for a longer stay.

The hotel is located in the ancient city of Luoyi. The hotel has an independent area, which is quiet in the bustling city, especially during holidays when the ancient city is crowded. The room type is quite unique. I like the independent balcony in Wangjiangnan. There are many experience activities in the hotel and the ancient city. The only regret is that the whole city is full of people taking pictures during holidays, especially at night, when entering and leaving the ancient city is really crowded. The hotel service is very thoughtful. The service staff encountered in the hotel are very enthusiastic. The housekeeper Qingqing communicates seriously and patiently, and the check-in experience is very good.

The view from the room was stunning, with a verdant courtyard just outside the window. In the morning, you could hear birdsong, and at night, it was incredibly quiet. The room was thoughtfully decorated, with textured wooden furniture and fresh greenery. The air was odorless, and the cleanliness was meticulous, even the cracks in the tabletops were spotless. The carpeted hallways in the public areas were completely silent, and the elevator lobby was decorated with art, creating a sense of class. Staying here felt like living in a small garden, completely relaxing both physically and mentally. Those with a love for ambiance will truly love it!

This review is about a hotel in Luoyang city. Since I didn't feel like traveling for New Year's Day and was bored staying home, I decided to book a hotel stay and write about my experience. Out of ten, I'd give it a 6.8 to 7. First, let's talk about the satisfactory details: The toiletries are all Jurlique, which is a nice touch. The hairdryer is a Dyson (though I'm not sure if it's an authentic one from Huaqiangbei). The minibar has He-Bi soda, and they've thoughtfully provided a small teapot for tea lovers – a delightful surprise for tea enthusiasts! They also provide a manual coffee grinder with Ruixing coffee beans, which I found quite surprising and offers a better experience than a capsule coffee machine, haha. There's a turndown sweet treat in the evening, and they kindly upgraded my room. The room's privacy is excellent; even with the hotel fully booked for New Year's, it didn't feel noisy. The soundproofing is remarkably good, which is a rare find. The cleaning auntie was very diligent, and it must have been tough for her to be the only one on duty at night. The bathtub was a nice bonus; a soak really helped me unwind. Now for the drawbacks: The service was neither good nor bad. A female staff member at the housekeeping center sounded a bit impatient on the phone. The air conditioning on the fifth floor wasn't warm enough. The service definitely can't compare to Huayang. As for facilities, it has the advantage of being newer than Guobao Platinum, but I wonder if they'll maintain it well after two years. The public facilities are decent, but Guobao has a private cinema, whereas here, the TV can't cast to the screen, which is a major letdown. The breakfast was very mediocre. The stir-fried dishes were all green, and honestly, not as good as those at All Seasons. The sashimi was good, but the shrimp was very fishy. The pastries were all so-so, and food replenishment wasn't timely enough. The boiled wontons and noodles were very bland, lacking any distinctive sauce. I have to mention the auntie who was cooking the noodles. I know she works hard early in the morning, but when I asked her to blanch a few vegetable leaves for me, she just picked up the strainer and poured the scalding hot soup directly into my bowl, causing it to drip all over my hand. She just chuckled a few times and moved on. That experience was absolutely terrible. She could have at least asked if I was scalded or found someone to get me some burn cream. It was as if she was afraid I'd blame her. Luckily, it wasn't serious, and I decided not to make a fuss given it was a holiday. Another very important point: the bathwater wasn't hot enough. I've seen other guests mention this too, so if you're coming here in winter specifically for a hot bath, you might want to reconsider.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The cleaning staff came by every day to tidy up and replace amenities, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. The projector was incredibly clear and even had SVIP access, which was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a very cozy and welcoming experience!

The showerhead was covered in limescale and grime, constantly shifting position when the water was on, and when I took it down to adjust it, I noticed how utterly filthy it was. The hairdryer was also unpleasantly dirty; I picked it up to use it but immediately put it back down. The towels had a terrible, musty odor; drying my hair with them felt like I was pickling it. The bathrobe smelled just as bad. Consequently, I only stayed one night and checked out the next day to find another hotel. If you can overlook these issues, then it might be an acceptable stay for you. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby and close proximity to tourist attractions. However, getting to the front desk requires taking an elevator to the 48th floor (I believe, but I can't quite recall the exact floor), and then another elevator to your room. This multi-elevator process is also required when leaving the hotel from your room, which is quite inconvenient. Room soundproofing is mediocre; you can hear people talking and walking by outside the door. However, there weren't many guests, so it didn't disturb my sleep, which was a plus. The option for a late afternoon check-out was also a nice perk.
