"This is the best HUAZHU Mercure hotel I've stayed at nationwide. Its location is fantastic, near Luoyang Longmen High-Speed Rail Station and the municipal government, making it very convenient for visiting Longmen Grottoes and museums. Facing Zhengda Plaza, it's situated in a bustling area yet surprisingly quiet. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and brand new. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the linens are clean and fresh. The front desk staff are very polite. The male security guard on duty that day was exceptionally thoughtful (even helping guests who were waiting to do laundry in the middle of the night). The breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. The Luoyang beef soup had a rich, lasting flavor, the alkaline bread was very tasty, the yogurt was thick and appetizing, and the various stir-fried dishes were fresh, fragrant, and visually appealing. I am personally very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!"

The room itself was spotless, no strange odors, and all the facilities were in great working order. The soundproofing was also quite good. "Excellent location, right by Lijing Gate, just a two-minute walk away. Plus, there's a super long street with various snacks and delicacies, making it incredibly convenient for dining and entertainment. The room was clean and tidy. I booked for two nights, but due to personal reasons, I needed to switch rooms on the second day, and the front desk handled it very smoothly. Before I headed out, the front desk proactively gave me directions, and upon check-out, they even gave me a free flower pastry. A truly excellent hotel, highly recommended!"

"Exclusive shuttle service to and from Zhengzhou East Station: Very convenient.
Service: The service attitude was good and responses were quick. However, a food delivery robot delivered to the wrong room, and I was woken up by a call at 8 AM.
Facilities: The shower was great with strong water pressure, making for a super comfortable hot shower. But the hairdryer was low-powered and took a long time to dry my hair.
Environment: Close to East Station and plenty of food options nearby; the accommodation environment was also good."

The room is very smart, and I really love staying at this hotel. It's a convenient location, not far from Pang Dong Lai Angel City. It was an excellent experience, far exceeding the price. "The hotel's location is great, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The facilities are comprehensive, and they even offer laundry service where they wash, dry, and deliver clothes back to your room door – truly excellent and thoughtful service. Breakfast is incredibly rich and abundant, allowing you to fill up before starting your day's activities. The only minor downside is the soundproofing in the rooms, but everything else is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel."

TTDMaoI rarely leave reviews, but this time I just had to because the hotel was so exceptional, and I didn't want the hard work of all the staff to go unnoticed.
I stayed for four days, and the room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, clean, and beautiful. But beyond the room's comfort, the service truly provided an overwhelming amount of emotional value. 👍
The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was fantastic. The driver was formally dressed, neat, and proactively helped us with all our luggage. The car was also spotless, and everyone received a wet towel and a bottle of mineral water upon entering. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding.
The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and diligent. Every day, they offered a free selection of snacks, beverages, ice cream, and tea bags. Whenever we had questions, they answered with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and even gave us various small gifts, which was a delightful surprise.
The housekeeping service was absolutely unparalleled; it made you feel like royalty (like even the emperor would bow to you! 😂). All the housekeeping ladies not only fulfilled every request but also proactively anticipated our needs. For example, when they saw my glasses on the table, a housekeeping attendant proactively brought an eyeglass case. When they noticed we had a lot of clothes, a lady would bring a drying rack. And when they saw our cosmetics scattered on the table, another lady brought two small cosmetic bags to help us organize and carry them more conveniently.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, with a comprehensive selection of Chinese and Western, hot and cold dishes. The restaurant staff would also proactively and randomly ask guests daily, 'How was your rest last night? Do you have any suggestions for improvement?' If they saw a guest carrying too many plates, they would offer to help carry them back to the table. For dishes that took a few minutes to prepare, they would ask for the table number and deliver them. If you didn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, they could even deliver it to your room.
The parking attendant was also amazing, helping with parking, moving cars, and safekeeping keys. Whenever you parked, the attendant was always there, truly providing constant assistance. 😂
Across every service, there were so many instances of such proactive service that it truly deserves the highest praise.

ÁÁlvaro MendivilEverything was amazing, the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better, especially Wang Jing who could speak English and helped us with translation. They even let us use the hot springs and pool after our checkout. The restaurant served delicious food at a very comfortable price. I stayed in a Mongolian type room and it was a great experience, very clean and confortable. I will definitely come back!

The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and offer service with a smile. The room environment is elegant, and the lobby is spacious and bright. The bedding is very comfortable, and most importantly, the room is genuinely huge! We had a very comfortable stay, especially traveling with children. It was a great accommodation experience, truly recommended.

Looking at the foyer, lobby and decoration, it must have been a place to receive big leaders and cadres in the past, so when you book a room, you will find that there are many single rooms, which are not called double rooms but single rooms. The double boutique standard room I booked was larger, and the bathroom was pretty good, with a bathtub and shower, the water was very hot, almost all disposable items were provided, and the toothbrush was also very useful. The bed is also very comfortable, but compared to the standard room single beds in newly renovated hotels that usually range from 1.35 meters to 1.5 meters, the 1.2-meter bed here is really small, so you should be careful when bringing children. The bed is relatively high and does not lean against the walls on either side. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip showed that it would upgrade my room. When I checked in, the lady was also very polite and said that if there were elderly families, I could get a room closer to the elevator, or I could walk a little further and get a room with a balcony. Listen. I was quite happy. My mother also praised the service here for respecting the elderly and caring for the young. In the end, I was given a room that was almost at the end of the corridor and next to the balcony room without a balcony... This polite service was a bit boring. Oh... the breakfast was pretty good. It cost 40 yuan for an extra person. The food was also very good. There were mutton soup, rice noodles, noodles and dumplings, all of which were delicious. The waiters in the restaurant were very nice and even took the initiative to help make coffee. It’s best to use cups with hot milk instead of cups with handles, it’s too hot... Before I left, the lady in the lobby gave me a small gift in the hope of helping me comment. The lady gave me a list. GGuest UserCan’t say enough good things about this place! Hotel is well located in a quiet alleyway, but close to all the main attractions and food street. Our room was spotless and well stocked with all the essentials; water pressure was great; and the bed felt like a big soft cloud especially after a day of hiking. The roof area has an excellent view of the mountains. However, the best thing about this place is the boss lady. She was so efficient, quick, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had spent at least another night there. Thank you for the hospitality!

GGuest UserFacilities: I'd say they're decent. The elevator is a nice touch, the AC gets quite cold, and the hot water is good too.
Hygiene: The cleanliness is acceptable, quite good for a guesthouse, and they even provide disposable bath towels which is a thoughtful touch.
Environment: It's located in the Anshang Service Area, which is the closest to Yuntai Mountain. You can walk to the Yuntai Mountain scenic area, which I highly recommend. There are tons of places to eat and shop.
Service: The front desk guy was really enthusiastic and patient. He thoughtfully upgraded one of our rooms so our two rooms could be next to each other, which was a huge plus. It might not be the absolute best guesthouse, but I definitely think it's worth recommending for a stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite large and well-located. I traveled with two friends and we booked a family suite with one king bed and one single bed. The room wasn't very spacious, and the bathroom was a bit small. The faucet was too close to the edge of the sink, causing water to splash onto the counter. The front desk service was excellent. They were patient in answering our questions and helped us book tickets, which I really appreciate. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and the quality was just average. There was no coffee.

GGuest UserChildren like it very much. There is a children's playground on the first and fifth floors. It is convenient to buy tickets. There is also a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off, which is convenient and saves trouble. Because my kids loved it so much, I just extended my stay. You can take your kids to play in both parks.
