I absolutely love this hotel! I first discovered it ten years ago during my initial visit to Cangzhou, and ever since, whenever I pass through, I always choose to stay here. After all these years, the hotel is still so well-maintained, which really shows their high standards. The lobby is grand, bright, and features cultural elements, offering complimentary drinks and snacks to guests. The front desk staff are warm, professional, and patient, and the lobby manager is very friendly, proactively engaging with guests and introducing local attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with windows for ventilation and humidifiers. The facilities are meticulously maintained, especially the bathroom and shower, which have grab bars for safety – a thoughtful touch. The toiletries are also high-quality. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and plentiful, with good quality. They deliver drinks, yogurt, and fruit to the room, and phone requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The parking lot is large enough, and the attendants are polite and courteous. The hotel's location is convenient, right off the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The attention to detail in their service truly reflects how much they value the customer experience. Highly recommended!

I loved this hotel so muchhhhh! Got washing machine &dryer inside, so convinced. The stays just located in middle of the famous Shijiazhuang Locomotive Pedestrian street. Worth to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay again if going to Shijiazhuang. Recommended 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

The environment here is great, but the hotel's facilities are a bit old. My room was freezing cold, and the heating just wouldn't work. The general cleanliness was acceptable, but the telephone and some nooks and crannies were dusty. The room and balcony were both very spacious, which was a plus. The female staff at guest services were quite helpful, but the male staff, in general, were not as good: 1) They didn't proactively offer to help with luggage. I, as a solo female traveler, had to explicitly ask for help when I couldn't manage, even though they were standing nearby and could clearly see me struggling. 2) Every time I called guest services, the male staff sounded impatient. 3) When issues arose, they simply procrastinated, and I had to repeatedly follow up to get any service. The hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, which is very convenient. Although there are laundry and drying machines available, two of the dryers were hit or miss. The hotel breakfast looked like it had a wide variety, but the quality wasn't high. I tried the popular mushroom and chicken dish at the Chinese restaurant upstairs, but it was too bland and very ordinary, not worth the over 100 yuan price tag.

This hotel is incredibly thoughtful, providing a complete set of tools for beachcombing, and the beach is right outside. The kids' facilities in the resort are excellent, allowing children to play to their hearts' content. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is attentive. It's truly the top choice for a family vacation with kids.

Booked the 2.7-meter super king bed with our little one, and it was incredibly spacious for our family of three, no worries about the baby falling off the bed. The room lighting was a bit dim, and the king-size room didn't have a bathtub. The location for kids is absolutely fantastic! It's a 5-minute walk to the beach and the Xin'ao Underwater World, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel has a huge parking lot with an Ideal Supercharging station and a Nio Power Swap station. They also offer free food heating services, shared washer-dryers, and a super mini kids' play area (perfect for toddlers).

This downtown hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Our high-floor room offered amazing views, and the dedicated elevator meant no waiting. Just downstairs was a pedestrian street, with direct metro and bus access within a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – incredibly convenient for getting around. The bedding was just the right firmness, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western. They even had afternoon tea with exquisite desserts and drinks. The robot food delivery was fast and adorable, saving us the hassle of running errands and making our stay completely stress-free. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive: a 24-hour gym with equipment, and a laundry room equipped with dryers and detergent – super practical for long trips. From check-in at the front desk to responding to our requests, the staff were consistently warm, enthusiastic, and efficient, making the entire experience truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

The room was very stylish and great value for money. The large bathtub was so comfortable and very clean. Unfortunately, the video I took was too short to upload.

180° Cloud Sea View Executive Benefits: The afternoon tea selection was a bit limited, and the desserts were just okay, but the ability to enter and exit multiple times was a plus. Dinner consisted of six dishes with a good mix of meat and vegetables, hot and cold, which was perfect for us who prefer smaller, more frequent meals and enjoy tea and coffee. The room had a large balcony with an expansive view from a high floor, but you couldn't see the sunrise or sunset from there; you had to go out to the beach. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was clean, crystal clear, and had beautiful layers of different colored water. Since the swimming area wasn't officially open yet, the hotel wasn't too crowded, and they kindly extended my check-out time until 4 PM, which I really appreciated! The pool water was warm, but it wasn't a standard lap pool. The treadmills in the gym were good.

During the Qingming holiday, I stayed at this hotel while visiting Handan, and it was incredibly convenient. It meets all kinds of needs, as it's just across the street from the Handan Museum, Art Gallery, Library, as well as Handan's largest shopping mall, Meile City, and Longhu Park. For a tier-three city, staying at an international chain 4-star hotel offers really good value for money.

This hotel offers a fantastic view and a peaceful, relaxing environment. The room was clean and beautifully kept, and basic amenities were provided for a comfortable stay. It's an excellent choice if you're looking to enjoy the scenery without any disturbances. Just be aware that the room rate doesn't include meals, so you'll need to make your own arrangements for food. Also, if you're someone who enjoys a morning coffee, remember to bring your own supplies, as these aren't provided. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for the views and tranquility. Just come prepared for your own dining and coffee needs.
