Decided last minute to come to Cangzhou for the National Day holiday and chose this hotel. The whole environment is amazing, and there's plenty of parking. The room environment is also excellent, no weird smells, very fresh, and super spacious. It happened to be Mid-Autumn Festival, and the hotel made its own mooncakes, leaving them in the room daily. Breakfast was also very rich. I was staying with a child, and the hotel even provided a bed rail, which was already set up when we came back to rest in the afternoon – very thoughtful. It's also convenient for getting around to nearby attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cangzhou.
1. Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities and grand decoration. It has just opened but has no decoration smell. Don't worry if you bring your children. The operation must meet the inspection standards. The room has complete toiletries, free drinks, wine, and snacks, which is great. The hotel has a shuttle bus, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The staff service is very good. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. 2. Hygiene: The room aunt is warm and polite, and the sanitation is cleaned in time. 3. Environment: The indoor and outdoor environment of the hotel is very good, drinks are available in the lobby, and the service is very thoughtful. 4. Service: I am very satisfied with the service of the hotel housekeeper Wang Zhiyuan. She communicated with us about the check-in matters in advance, arranged them in a meticulous and thoughtful manner, and paid attention to the communication needs with customers. It was a very pleasant stay experience to choose Lan Zhuxi Hotel.

Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.

Our butler, Cindy, provided excellent service. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even proactively offered help, paying attention to every detail. Her service was definitely the most pleasant part of my business trip. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. As a thoughtful gesture, she even gave me some of the hotel's homemade cookies when I checked out. Next time I'm in Shijiazhuang, I'm definitely staying at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fuli again!
The hotel wasn't crowded this season, so it was very quiet. The guy at the front desk even upgraded our room to a balcony room with a beautiful front-facing sea view! It was my first time seeing the ocean at night and in winter, and it had a unique charm!
The next day the weather was great, and we even saw the sunrise – it really brightened my mood! The hotel facilities are quite good; even though it's 10 years old, it's still very clean. Every staff member was lovely, warm, and thoughtful. The hotel's location is also excellent, right on the beach, and there are many great restaurants nearby. It's definitely a good hotel I'd return to!
The Hilton Shijiazhuang is very well located in the city centre and not too far from major places and close to metro stations. Will come back to this hotel for sure next time when visiting Shijiazhuang.

The room location faced the ski slopes, offering a beautiful view. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great. The outdoor hot spring gave us southerners a unique 'ice and fire' experience (it wasn't actually that cold). It was my child's first time watching the iron flower performance, and they were very excited. This is a very family-friendly hotel; they basically provide all the daily necessities for children. Parents who want to ski don't have to worry about childcare, as the Duole Camp on floor G of building D offers full-day childcare services for kids. It's a bit far from the Thaiwoo town center; adults can walk without issues, but it might be tiring for children. There's a shuttle bus every twenty minutes. Overall: I'd choose this place again next time and recommend it to friends.
Live: The room is clean and tidy, and the area is slightly smaller than other four-star standard rooms, but it does not affect the travel with the family.
Next to the hotel, there will be a little vibration at night, but I can’t hear it when I fall asleep.
Eat:
Breakfast is not very friendly to people who have difficulty getting up early at 9 o'clock. When we arrive at the restaurant at 8:40, the remaining amount of dishes is very small, and the insulation measures are not very good. The restaurant is a bit cold. The food is basically cold when you get it on the table. Hot water and porridge are eaten throughout the process.
There is a Yuehu restaurant in the hotel. The dishes taste very good. The big salmon in the reservoir are delicious and fat. The dried fried river shrimp is also delicious. Recommend it. The service staff are very friendly.
Play:
Hot springs, there are about 4 adult pools in the room and 1 child pool. There are two groups of pools outdoor. We prefer the outdoor ones. Although the temperature is cold, it is very comfortable to soak in it and the air is fresh.
The pool, the heated pool is great~ the water is clean
Overall it is good, it is worth coming again

This is our third snow season bringing our child to Chongli Aranya, and since our previous stays were always great, Little A was our first choice again this year.
The staff at Little A probably rotate between a few hotels, as we see new faces at the front desk every year. The first two weeks after the slopes opened, the service felt a bit robotic, lacking warmth and flexibility. But when we went back this week, things had improved significantly across the board. They seem to listen to guest feedback and actively resolve issues, which is one of the reasons I choose Little A every year.
A special thank you to Aaron. We drove to the hotel and arrived around 11 AM, but our room wasn't ready yet, and there was no place to change into our ski suits. Aaron quickly had the front desk assign a room that was currently being cleaned for our child to change in. He also warmly chatted with our child to keep them calm, which really solved an urgent problem for us. During our stay, Aaron also actively helped us check room availability and communicated effectively on various matters. He was incredibly thoughtful and on point – a huge thumbs up! 👍🏼
My child mentioned that there's a kind, slender young man from housekeeping (apologies, I didn't catch his name) who was particularly wonderful. He patiently brought us things multiple times and was always smiling, polite, and enthusiastic.
Master Wang Cai, who is responsible for the rooms on the third floor, was meticulous and responsible. The room was tidied very cleanly, and amenities were replenished promptly. The room we temporarily used to change clothes was being cleaned by Master Wang at the time. He wasn't at all bothered by us occupying his work time; instead, he proactively cleared a space for us, which we greatly appreciated.
Every stay at Little A brings new moments of appreciation and people to thank. The hotel's service team is well-trained, from guiding us upon arrival to responding to our needs efficiently and warmly. This feeling of being welcomed home is precisely what it's like.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. Every staff member was enthusiastic and attentive. Although there was a slight mix-up with our room initially, the staff quickly upgraded us to a room with a fantastic view. It's really close to the ski resort, and you can see it right from your room. I'd definitely love to stay here again if I get the chance!

MManbumuweierThe house is quite big, the environment is quite good, and it is quite clean.
Service is not good: parking is difficult, we are not allowed to park at the door, so we are asked to park in the underground garage. We circled the hotel twice, and it was a dead end to enter the underground. Who would have thought that it was an underground far away from the hotel, and we had to walk back to the hotel with luggage, **not**?
There is no guide or manual in the room, no introduction or relevant information, the most bizarre, I called the customer service number, but no one answered it seven or eight times, and it is the only one among all the hotels I have stayed in.
I clearly booked a deluxe double room, and the front desk told me that I would upgrade it to a deluxe double room for free. I took out the voucher and didn't say anything. I wanted a higher floor, but they said it was full, and there was only the bottom floor of this type of room. You are really good, so cruel! ! ! !
GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly, nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
IIrodaThe location is great, the night view is incredibly beautiful.
But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.
the room did not provide any drinkable water.
RRichterA true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

Aamycao8453The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and rivers, very close to the south gate entrance of Dongtaihang Scenic Area, and can be reached on foot. The restaurant on the second floor of the hotel is also delicious and not expensive.
The only thing worth improving is that it is more difficult to take a taxi back to the East Taihang Scenic Area. Didi and Cao Cao can't call a car when they travel. At this time, the hotel front desk also gave the taxi master contact information and helped. It would be more perfect if the hotel could have a car to be responsible for transportation (charge).
LLy_SeThe location of the hotel is very good, with direct ski-out access. However, guests need to walk some distance from the check-in area to the room. There are no shops nearby; the nearest one is about 2.5 km away and requires driving.
The rooms are warm and equipped with basic necessities. There is a closet and a few hangers, but there is clearly not enough space or equipment to dry ski clothes after skiing.
The staff was polite, and check-in was allowed one hour earlier, which is appreciated.
The room cleanliness was below expectations. While the bed and towels were clean, there was a lot of long black hair on the floor and debris between the sofa cushions. Towels were not changed for two days, and no wet cleaning was done during this period.
The hotel is in the mid-price category and is relatively affordable for a stay of several days, but housekeeping and room maintenance need improvement.
AAnonymous UserLiving in a clean and hygienic environment can be. I have been there several times, but the buffet every time is too unpalatable. The buffet breakfast included in the room is unpalatable. After all, it is free. The buffet at the buffet restaurant for more than 80 at your own expense is too unpalatable. Satisfied with the hotel, it is to eat this aspect. I hope the hotel will pay attention to it. I always want to go to the hot springs. But there is no restaurant nearby, so I have to eat in the hotel. I don't want to go when I think it's so unpalatable. I have eaten the most unpalatable hotel meal. Seek truth from facts
GGuest UserA good place for taking kids and the elderly out for a walk. You can watch the sea quietly, play bumper cars on pirate ships, go to the sea to pick up saliva, and the front desk lady and brother of the resort hotel provide attentive service. Except for this May Day, there are more people and less food, everything else is perfect
MM257125****On the day of check-in, a customer service representative added me on WeChat to register my license plate number promptly. They also provided complimentary welcome fruit. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member greeted me with a genuine smile, proactively asking about my needs and patiently guiding me. Whether it was requesting an extra blanket late at night or asking for recommendations for local food, they were always incredibly patient.
The hot springs, however, were truly the highlight of this trip. The water was crystal clear and perfectly warm. Soaking in it, all the fatigue from traveling instantly melted away as the steam rose, leaving me completely relaxed, both in body and mind. The attention to detail was excellent too; the changing rooms were clean and dry, and there were plenty of soft towels.
Such thoughtful and meticulous service, combined with these incredibly therapeutic hot springs, truly makes this place worth a visit.
