Great location! Less than 1km from West Station. Personnel were very profesional. Breakfast great and rooms very big with all the necessary things. Would definitely book again if have to stay at Cangzhou.

The new hotel opened not long ago, with very complete facilities. I feel that the Hai Restaurant downstairs will become a new internet celebrity in the future. The sea view dining is very beautiful, the room is very good and the view is very beautiful. Once again, I would like to thank my GRO Wang Zhiyuan. The little beauty is very serious and attentive to her work. My good friend was a little uncomfortable during the trip, and Wang Zhiyuan was always concerned about her and gave her a fever patch, helped to get the medicine and sent it upstairs. She also cared about my friend during the rest time the next day. I was really touched. Thanks again to Wang Zhiyuan🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.

Our butler, Cindy, provided excellent service. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even proactively offered help, paying attention to every detail. Her service was definitely the most pleasant part of my business trip. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. As a thoughtful gesture, she even gave me some of the hotel's homemade cookies when I checked out. Next time I'm in Shijiazhuang, I'm definitely staying at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fuli again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach and commercial areas. There are many restaurants and several convenience stores within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We tried two of the restaurants inside the hotel — one offering upscale Chinese food and the other seafood buffet, both were excellent. Will definitely choose Shangri-La again if we come back to Qinghuangdao in the future.

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! Every corner of the place is beautiful. Check-in and check-out were both very convenient. I added Aria on WeChat and she answered a lot of my questions during my stay, responding quickly and helping me out a lot. A big thank you to Aria! I've been trying to lose weight recently, so I was pleasantly surprised and happy to find a scale in the room and a gym on the first floor. My main reason for staying was to see the snow, and while the leftmost part of the balcony had a slight obstruction due to the building's curved shape, I was generally pleased. The room also offered great photo opportunities. Everything else was also excellent. There's a restaurant conveniently located inside Building D. There were hot springs, but unfortunately, I didn't get to try them. The ski rental hall on the first floor made skiing super easy. The room was incredibly spacious; it was my first time experiencing a 2.4-meter-wide bed! The room was very clean. I'll definitely be back.

Nice Hot Spring Hotel is a really great place located in Huailai. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its luxury and comfort. The lobby is very beautifully decorated and full of artistic flavor. The hotel's hot springs are both indoors and outdoors, and there are many different pools to choose from, with different temperatures. The main reason is that there are few people and it basically feels like a private bath. The service at the hotel is also great. The staff are very friendly and professional and always catered to my needs. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Nice Hotel & Spa. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury and comfort.

This is our third snow season bringing our child to Chongli Aranya, and since our previous stays were always great, Little A was our first choice again this year. The staff at Little A probably rotate between a few hotels, as we see new faces at the front desk every year. The first two weeks after the slopes opened, the service felt a bit robotic, lacking warmth and flexibility. But when we went back this week, things had improved significantly across the board. They seem to listen to guest feedback and actively resolve issues, which is one of the reasons I choose Little A every year. A special thank you to Aaron. We drove to the hotel and arrived around 11 AM, but our room wasn't ready yet, and there was no place to change into our ski suits. Aaron quickly had the front desk assign a room that was currently being cleaned for our child to change in. He also warmly chatted with our child to keep them calm, which really solved an urgent problem for us. During our stay, Aaron also actively helped us check room availability and communicated effectively on various matters. He was incredibly thoughtful and on point – a huge thumbs up! 👍🏼 My child mentioned that there's a kind, slender young man from housekeeping (apologies, I didn't catch his name) who was particularly wonderful. He patiently brought us things multiple times and was always smiling, polite, and enthusiastic. Master Wang Cai, who is responsible for the rooms on the third floor, was meticulous and responsible. The room was tidied very cleanly, and amenities were replenished promptly. The room we temporarily used to change clothes was being cleaned by Master Wang at the time. He wasn't at all bothered by us occupying his work time; instead, he proactively cleared a space for us, which we greatly appreciated. Every stay at Little A brings new moments of appreciation and people to thank. The hotel's service team is well-trained, from guiding us upon arrival to responding to our needs efficiently and warmly. This feeling of being welcomed home is precisely what it's like.

The shuttle bus from Chongli High-Speed Rail Station: Very convenient, there's a shuttle bus waiting right after you get off at Chongli, taking you directly to the hotel. Location: The hotel is very close to the ski resort, just a short walk across a small parking lot. There are also some good restaurants nearby, and within a 10 yuan taxi ride, you'll find even more great food options. Hotel Facilities: The hotel facilities are good. You can temporarily store your ski gear in the lobby, and the rooms are very warm. The breakfast is quite good, offering both Chinese and Western options. Service: The staff are dedicated and enthusiastic. Fulllong Day Pass (single person, full day, no equipment): Ski passes are available daily. On our third day, we had some issues with our ski pass; it couldn't be found in the system. The front desk helped us with a customer service ticket. It caused a slight delay, but the overall outcome was satisfactory. However, I suggest the ski resort establish an emergency mechanism. If a ticket can't be found, guests should be allowed to ski first, and the hotel's system issues can be resolved afterward. Overall, it's an excellent experience! We'll definitely choose to stay here again when we come to Fulllong.
