1. Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities and grand decoration. It has just opened but has no decoration smell. Don't worry if you bring your children. The operation must meet the inspection standards. The room has complete toiletries, free drinks, wine, and snacks, which is great. The hotel has a shuttle bus, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The staff service is very good. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. 2. Hygiene: The room aunt is warm and polite, and the sanitation is cleaned in time. 3. Environment: The indoor and outdoor environment of the hotel is very good, drinks are available in the lobby, and the service is very thoughtful. 4. Service: I am very satisfied with the service of the hotel housekeeper Wang Zhiyuan. She communicated with us about the check-in matters in advance, arranged them in a meticulous and thoughtful manner, and paid attention to the communication needs with customers. It was a very pleasant stay experience to choose Lan Zhuxi Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year holiday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel feels new and modern, with a delightful fragrance throughout—especially in the hallways. Our favorite aspects were the spacious room and the stunning bathtub overlooking the ocean. The kids absolutely loved it! The hotel's beachfront location is a major plus. Even though we visited in winter, we were lucky enough to experience snowfall on the beach, which felt surreal and added a magical touch to our stay. The indoor swimming pool on the top floor is decent, offering great views, while breakfast was plentiful and varied. We particularly enjoyed the pastries section. The Chinese restaurant next to the swimming pool is highly recommended—perfect for when you don’t feel like going out, and the food was delicious. The in-room dining service was also excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning in the summer to try their outdoor swimming pool, which was closed during winter.

The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful but front desk service should be improved. The location is very convenient. You will enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The breakfast and dinner are mixed with Chinese and western food.

Located in Fulong Ski Town, our trip was fantastic! 😄 Several families went skiing together ⛷️, and the Holiday Inn is definitely the best hotel in the ski town. The breakfast was plentiful, and they offered à la carte Chinese options for lunch. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally warm. This hotel feels much more stylish than other hotels in Chongli. Overall, it was a great experience, and getting to the ski resort was convenient. We were traveling with young children, and when they wanted to play, Manager Yi from the lobby arranged everything for us, addressing our concerns as guests. A huge thank you to him! During our stay, the hotel also arranged a travel photoshoot. The photographer, Xiao Shuai, was very professional and enthusiastic. He helped our little ones pose, resulting in some really high-quality photos. Our whole family quickly fell in love with the Holiday Inn after this amazing travel photography experience! Big praise for Xiao Shuai's professionalism!

The surroundings are beautiful, with intricate design evident throughout the resort grounds. Service was attentive, and the rooms, full of Japanese charm, were spotlessly clean and comfortable. From our terrace, we enjoyed stunning views of the garden, mountains, and a flowing stream, providing a wonderfully refreshing escape from the summer heat. The restaurant was clean and offered a diverse range of dishes. However, there were a couple of minor points. We were quite surprised that the hotel room didn't have a TV. While most people have their phones these days, it's still nice to have alternative entertainment options. After a pleasant evening stroll around the grounds, there wasn't much to do in the room besides browsing on our phones. Furthermore, the hot spring (onsen) was rather small, required advance booking, and had time limits, which was a bit different from what we had imagined. Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, it was still a good experience, making it a great choice for a short weekend getaway.

It has been a few years since last visit to the Anlan Hotel at Aranya Gold Coast, on our last visit we were less that impressed by service levels and staff attitude. Because of this we stayed at Club Med on future visits to this area. We were very pleasantly surprised this stay to find service was excellent and staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Overall, my stay was excellent. My family and children loved it. Here are some details: 1. The housekeeper contacted us the day before and provided assistance with the vehicle number required to enter the park. 2. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, which wasn't ideal for our early flight arrival. We could leave our luggage at the hotel and take the hotel shuttle to the cafeteria for meals or to check in at the main park. 3. Snacks were provided in the room for free, and they were even restocked the next day. I thought the hotel was very generous. Welcome fruit was provided upon check-in. The hotel's breakfast buffet wasn't particularly extensive, and the breakfast didn't vary significantly between our two stays, but it was more than enough to fill us up. 4. The hotel's shuttle bus is available 24 hours a day and is very responsive. We relied on it almost exclusively for getting in and out, which was very satisfying, but I also felt the staff were quite tired. So, when we left at 4:00 AM to watch the sunrise, we didn't see the shuttle at the hotel entrance, so we just walked to the beach. 5. The hotel has a laundry room, which was very convenient for washing and drying clothes. 6. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent. My child said that after staying in so many hotels, this was the only time they couldn't hear the noise from the room next door, even though we were at the end of the hallway. 7. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Lanxi Beach. Hai Restaurant also has a wide variety of food, and I highly recommend it. ❗️One caveat: If you're shipping items to the hotel in advance, only SF Express and JD.com will deliver; other couriers will only go to the nearby town. If you need to take the North Shore shuttle bus, remember to take a photo of the timetable at the bus stop outside the hotel or ask the hotel housekeeper. These two points were learned the hard way. Pros: The location is excellent, with a lively area right outside. There's a pedestrian street downstairs, and MixC City is just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The building has an underground parking lot. While it can get busy, finding a parking spot is relatively easy. The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient. There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed. Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold. Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended. I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders.

I temporarily decided to stay for one night and booked this hotel. After checking in, I found that there were no slippers. After telling the front desk, I immediately sent disposable slippers and sandals. The service attitude was very good and the room was upgraded for free. The facilities in the house are very warm. The hot water supply is insufficient. The store should improve it.

A wonderfully quiet spot, yet so close to everything, and just a 6-7 minute walk from the beach, surrounded by countless delicious eateries. The hotel lobby's thoughtful touches for kids, like fresh yellow peaches and complimentary sand toys, were a big hit. They seamlessly combined the twin beds to create a massive 2.7-meter bed, which was perfect for our family of three. Coming back each day to a comfortable hot shower with fantastic water pressure was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Our child already asked if we could come back next time!
