From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the entire experience was delightful. The lobby was grand and spotless, and Manager Bi always greeted me with a warm smile, which made me feel very welcome. My room had excellent natural light and a spacious view. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the pillows were comfortable too; I slept soundly until morning. Room service was very prompt; anything I requested usually arrived within ten minutes. Upon checkout, they even proactively asked about my stay, which shows their attention to detail. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

The hotel staff provided thoughtful service throughout my stay. The lobby bar had a quiet and elegant atmosphere, perfect for business meetings or a relaxed break. The toiletries were from a well-known brand and had a pleasant, sophisticated scent. The pool and gym were open to guests, and the equipment was well-maintained; a swim there was very stress-relieving. The freshly cooked noodles and omelet station at breakfast are definitely worth trying – the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Check-in with Bliss was quick, and overall, it was a very good hotel experience.

Quite good, actually better than the Hilton I stayed at, except for the view which wasn't as good. Breakfast was decent, met average expectations. For only 500 including breakfast, it's great value for money. Definitely worth coming back! Woohoo!

Bella provided wonderful service, proactively communicating and helping me resolve an issue. The room was clean and bright, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. Although the hotel has been open for several years, the guest rooms feel a bit dated, and some street-facing rooms have mediocre soundproofing. There are also slight signs of aging in the facilities. The Executive Lounge's happy hour offers substantial food, making it ideal for business travelers.

True to its five-star reputation, the quality here is excellent. It's conveniently located with a bustling shopping district and night market right downstairs. Bella provided professional and incredibly warm service, genuinely attentive to every guest's needs. The interior was clean and elegant, and the breakfast was abundant and unique.
