Staying at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fuli for a business trip was an excellent experience overall. Shara, my butler, sent a thoughtful weather reminder in advance, which was wonderful. She even offered advice on what to wear and outdoor activity suggestions based on the temperature changes, and delivered a welcome fruit platter – truly thoughtful details. The high-floor room she carefully reserved offered outstanding views, and the indoor facilities were brand new and functioned perfectly, with high hygiene standards maintained. The service response was efficient, and the staff were patient and sincere, never intruding on my rest. This meticulous and attentive service significantly enhanced the comfort of my trip. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the entire experience was delightful. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the pillows were comfortable too; I slept soundly until morning. Room service was very prompt; anything I requested usually arrived within ten minutes. Upon checkout, they even proactively asked about my stay, which shows their attention to detail. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

The freshly cooked noodles and omelet station at breakfast are definitely worth trying – the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Check-in with Bliss was quick, and overall, it was a very good hotel experience.

Quite good, actually better than the Hilton I stayed at, except for the view which wasn't as good. Breakfast was decent, met average expectations. For only 500 including breakfast, it's great value for money. Definitely worth coming back! Woohoo!

Bella provided wonderful service, proactively communicating and helping me resolve an issue. The room was clean and bright, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The InterContinental Shijiazhuang R&F is conveniently located next to Wanda Plaza, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. It boasts an Executive Lounge, a heated swimming pool, and a wide variety of breakfast options. The service is attentive and responsive. Although the hotel has been open for several years, the guest rooms feel a bit dated, and some street-facing rooms have mediocre soundproofing. There are also slight signs of aging in the facilities. The Executive Lounge's happy hour offers substantial food, making it ideal for business travelers.
