Facilities: The only downside is that I could hear everything my neighbors said. Hygiene: Very clean, someone cleaned it every day. Environment: The environment here speaks for itself, perfect for watching the sunrise 🌅. Service: The service here is really great, probably because it's the off-season. Room service arrived as soon as I called, and they even delivered takeout to my room. The restaurant staff were incredibly enthusiastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The newly opened hotel has a good environment and facilities. I needed to catch a train early in the morning, and the hotel is near the West Railway Station; you can see the station from the window, but you have to take a taxi, which should only cost 10 yuan and take about 5 minutes. I originally booked another hotel in the same building, Wanrun Smart Choice, but when I arrived, they said there were no rooms available and they might not be able to vacate by noon. I checked the platform and saw the price had doubled, clearly meaning I had to cancel my booking myself. The hotel I'm staying at now is in the same building, and the price is about the same as when I booked. They asked if there were rooms available and even gave me early check-in. The difference in service is immediately apparent. I switched immediately.

Knowing we were on a road trip, they specially recommended local delicacies, sightseeing routes, and even some hidden photo spots in Jiayuguan. They also suggested a few hidden gem snack shops popular with locals – so thoughtful! Any requests we had during our stay were promptly met by the staff, who were always polite and never perfunctory. It really made us feel well taken care of. **Environment:** The room had fantastic natural light, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The front desk mentioned the mattress was imported. At night, we could even watch the stars and moon from the room and took some pictures. The location is also excellent, super close to the food street, making it convenient for exploring and dining. It's also a short drive to the Jiayuguan scenic area.

From check-in to check-out, every staff member has a sincere smile, the room is cleaned spotlessly, and even the small ornaments in the corner can be seen. At night, I also sent hot milk intimately, as comfortable as going home ～ Compared with several nearby hotels, this price is really cost-effective! They are professional, courteous and patient. For security reason, China Mobile locked my phone unless I showed up in person to verify my ID. I was so stuck I couldn't call anyone or business for my travel. Front desk staff was so gracious they went out of their way to make contact for me. I just had to ask and things got done. I haven't felt so pampered as a traveller for a long time. I definitely will stay with them if ever I revisit Lanzhou.

Must give this high-altitude hotel full score! The moment I checked in, I was amazed. The door was opened with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The city skyline and sunset were panoramic. I lay on the bed at night and watched the lights flashing. The atmosphere was directly full! The service is not to be picked, from the warm guidance of the door to the intimate greeting after the check-in, the whole process is meticulous. The quality of the room supplies is online, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the toiletries are high-end, even the breakfast is exquisite and delicious, the dining table by the window while eating and enjoying the scenery, and the happiness is bursting.
