Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

My go to hotel when staying in Sao Paulo due to its very convenient location beside the metro and at the end of Paulista, giving quick access to anywhere in Sao Paulo city.

O hotel é muito bom mas a sua localização é ruim. Fica muito longe do principal centro das movimentações da cidade, Vila Capivari. Para a minha surpresa o hotel não tinha meios de transporte para o centro. Uma pena...

Excellent stay in family, swimming pools with thermal waters, excellent structure, with squares, fishing resort, good meals and many activities mainly for children up to 10 years!
