Service: Fortunately, there are freshly made knife-cut noodles, steamed buns, steamed bread, porridge, etc. for breakfast, which satisfies the Chinese stomach. All the chefs are Chinese, and the Chinese food ordered for dinner is also good. The portion is also good. However, the hotel facilities are old and dirty, and the room smells of old cigarettes. I will not book next time.

The Taj as usual didn't disappoint. It's a great venue with all the facilities that you could want. Great value when compared to other venues that don't have the range of facilities and service that you get there. Definitely top of the list when in Lusaka!

The room was a bit small but surprisingly comfortable. Just a heads-up: remember to bring your own toiletries. The hotel also has water dispensers in the hallways, so you can easily refill your bottles. A major highlight was the hotel breakfast – it was absolutely delicious and offered a fantastic variety.

Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there

Facilities: They are all new, with toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, and no hair dryer. There is a hot water bottle, but it is broken, call the front desk to change it. Hygienic: The room is cleaned very clean. Free water is filled in bottles. After cleaning, you will forget to release water. Environment: There are Chinese restaurants and Chinese supermarkets nearby. Service: The service is not very prominent, nor is it bad.

Hotel decoration: Look at the pictures for yourself. Toilet: The youth hostel is public, but we have 2 rooms and one toilet. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and quite considerate during my stay. The pictures of the hotel are consistent with the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.

Perfect location and clean hotel. Continental breakfast was good. Nice Zambian coffee was available on request. A little noisy daytime @ lobby/restaurant area, as it's the place where most of the hotel staff members remain to watch TV😀😃😄 . The pool was clean. Recommended place for a family stay.

Very good hotel, located fairly centrally in lusaka about 20 minutes from the airport. It's safe, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was great and the restaurant/bar was also fantastic. There's a pool downstairs in the bar area which is perfect for lounging around and enjoying the Zambian skies. Would definitely stay again!

Просторная зелёная территория с бассейном - романтичное место для завтраков, работы или просто ничегонеделания. Гостевые номера не самые выдающиеся, но с набором всего необходимого в наше время, правда, без туалетных принадлежностей. Два рулона бумаги - максимальное украшение ванной комнаты. Зато есть холодильник, телевизор, шкаф, стол, тумбочка. Живи и наслаждайся, если тебя не пугают периодические отключения света, воды, интернета (непродолжительные, как правило). Но на то она и Африка.
