We even had an issue outside the hotel, and they didn’t hesitate to handle everything for us. The hotel was also spotlessly clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was my friend’s birthday, and they even surprised us with a cake, which made the moment really special. A true little paradise in Vietnam, incredibly relaxing, beautifully designed, and wonderfully refreshing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this place, truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!"

Hotel staff is very friendly. Spa service is good and affordable too. Due to the closure of the swimming pool, we were given 20% off for the spa service. Room is comfortable. Initially, the hot water was not running but staff checked and managed to make it fix for us.

It was my friend’s birthday, and they even surprised us with a cake, which made the moment really special.
