Convenient parking, a hot tub for physical therapy, very comfortable. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The American breakfast is simple and nutritious enough.

Very clean, accommodating staff. If I could suggest anything, it would be that they would explain when asked about being pet friendly that they don’t allow pets to stay in the room while you’re not there and charge a $250 fine if you leave the room. We were confused because in other hotels that we stayed, we were allowed to leave the dogs. This makes it rather difficult when you arrive at the location and you’re an hour and a half away from your house that you have to now find a dog sitter or a dog daycare while you go out of your hotel room to me it defeats the purpose because I know I would’ve left them with the dog sitter at home either that or they clarify their stance on such issues like “do you have a dog here well as long as he stays quiet, it’s OK“ something to that effect.

Although the location is not in the city, it does not matter as a self-driving tourist. The most commendable thing about this hotel is that it is cheap! The breakfast at this price is quite rich. We traveled all the way to New England for ten days, and I feel that this hotel is the most recommended!

It is spacious and simple, with light tones and good environment. The breakfast is not many, but the quality is good enough. I just did n’t see the option of room and meal. Pay $ 11 + tax + tip.

The room was OK, stayed for a long time, gave me an active upgrade. Hotel price is good, of course, it depends on the purchasing power of the dollar. The hotel is the old-fashioned American hotel, the stay experience is okay

The hotel was nice overall, they were very short staffed. The room had spiders everywhere. We did not have an ice bucket or a blow dryer in the room although some of the other guests did. I was there getting ready for my wedding day and they did allow us to check out late and they were very friendly! We were disappointed because of the pool being closed and us not being notified, this was half of the reason we booked the hotel because we wanted kids to have something to do while we were getting ready for the wedding. Breakfast was great! The front desk staff was very friendly!

Very clean and all necessities for a night stay. Very close to a major interstate to head out the next morning to the next adventure of vacation. Did not get food there instead we went out on the town to check out the local places in town.

You can overlook Portland's Old Port and the bay. The location is pretty good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Pier 60 to eat lobster. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner in the room is noisy, but everything else is okay.

The service is always great! Breakfast is convenient and lots of choices. The cleanliness of the showers is not always stellar, we have found many hairs from previous guests in the shower. One thing I’d love to see is outside plug ins for guests with diesel pickups in these cold cold temps.
