It was a very good experience in living in this hotel, all the staff are friendly, the excellent location, the food is very good, the car is available, all the services are available near you, thank you.

The rooms are large and clean. Transfer to and from the beach 3 times a day. Breakfast and dinner are good, lots of fruit. We booked two hotels: Plaza and then on the beach, but without food. In the end, we liked it so much that we cancelled the second reservation and extended the Plaza

This hotel is really a pleasant surprise! The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the soundproofing is excellent, and I slept well until dawn. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and responsive. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I will stay here again next time!

A quite old hotel. Renovation is needed for furniture and decoration. Choice for breakfast was unfortunately poor Be ready to be charged for brewed coffee on breakfast At the same time staff was friendly and always involved. Good hotel...very friendly staff... Breakfast is good and sufficient...everything you need for breakfast is there. Omelettes are prepared on request... You sleep very well...very good mattresses

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Fixed shower head in the bathroom is not the best solution.

We sat in the hotel for 3 nights and mr .adnan ( Omani man ) he give us upgrade of the room to a villa with a private pool and the name of the room was (oile) in Arabic words ( zaytona) The resort was a series of hotels (Grand Hyatt) The location is an hour away from Salalah, which made the place quieter and far from the noise, the sound of the sea and the lights at night makes you live an experience between (the desert and the sea) The service of the staff in the hotel is one of the best things possible and the existing schedule and events carried out by the hotel for guests indicates their interest without the need to go down to Salalah. The hotel is a place to settle and enjoy the tranquillity of nature without the need to go to another place. Cleanliness of the place, food, cleaning of rooms, service of the staff through diversification in hospitality to express their welcome to guests. There are classes to learn the cook and the offers offered by the spa to guests. The hotel's appreciation of the employees by honouring them and celebrating them, which I found in the place of residence, which reflects on the employee's giving the inmate everything he needs with love. The experience in general is 100%, it deserves every word of thanks.

The hotel is great to enjoy peace and tranquility.It has a nice beach and swimming pool. Also, good choice of food for breakfast and dinner, although a bit spicy. Very warm welcome and excellent service by the hotel team.

I was on a business trip and booked a one-living room and two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony, which was pretty good, but there was only one bathroom. The hotel is integrated with a shopping mall, which is the second largest shopping mall in Salalah. There is a good restaurant with Arabic and Indian food. There are more European and American tourists staying here, but the breakfast is more localized and average, but fortunately there is Indian milk tea to make up for it.

Hilton Hotel is very close to the Salalah free zone, just across the street. It costs 10 Omani riyals from the airport, which is not too outrageous. I hope this can help more domestic friends.
