Alila Hinu Bay

We sat in the hotel for 3 nights and mr .adnan ( Omani man ) he give us upgrade of the room to a villa with a private pool and the name of the room was (oile) in Arabic words ( zaytona) The resort was a series of hotels (Grand Hyatt) The location is an hour away from Salalah, which made the place quieter and far from the noise, the sound of the sea and the lights at night makes you live an experience between (the desert and the sea) The service of the staff in the hotel is one of the best things possible and the existing schedule and events carried out by the hotel for guests indicates their interest without the need to go down to Salalah. The hotel is a place to settle and enjoy the tranquillity of nature without the need to go to another place. Cleanliness of the place, food, cleaning of rooms, service of the staff through diversification in hospitality to express their welcome to guests. There are classes to learn the cook and the offers offered by the spa to guests. The hotel's appreciation of the employees by honouring them and celebrating them, which I found in the place of residence, which reflects on the employee's giving the inmate everything he needs with love. The experience in general is 100%, it deserves every word of thanks.

What a Great Hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in this secluded gem 💎 in Oman. Very peaceful setting. Beautiful property, with rooms very well designed and top facilities. But the best part is the people there. Akash welcomed us in a very courteous way late at night and guided us to our room. During Breakfast we were very well taken care of, especially by Eka. We booked a romantic dinner under the stars and the star of the show was Ratnesh a very professional waiter. Dinda the hostess arranged everything and was very helpful. One of the evenings there was a Seafood Buffet (out of this world!!). I also want to mention Rentus made sure that our room is always cleaned on time. And Janice at check-out was very sweet. I am forgetting many other staff in this hotel and I thank them all for this great stay. I definetely recommend it for anyone coming to Salalah and that are looking for peace and serenity in one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

Just returned from an amazing short birthday holiday at Alila Hinu Bay! From the tastefully designed pool villa to the pristine beach, 2 beautiful pools, well kept grounds and great spa, everything was fabulous, including the delicious food. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the wonderful staff. Ati, Adnane, Hossein, Vikask, Akash, Dinda, Shubham, Alphonsia, and Janice, you guys really rock! Thank you for your hospitality and making us feel so happy during our stay. The team at Alila Hinu Bay truly knows how to take care of their guests!

Alila Hinu bay is a very isolated place far from Salalah town but worth a visit. It’s about an Hours drive from town. The hotel itself is spread out over a vast area and there were very few people when we visited , in fact we were the only ones in the restaurant at lunch time. The drive there is quite scenic specially during khareef time when the land turns green from showers and mist. We ordered beef randang which was yummy served with white rice and local chapatis which came very hot fresh from the tandoori . Service was excellent and friendly. Worth a visit if you have time .

Amaaaaaazing hotel .. more than 5 stars .. We discover it by chance .. we booked in this beatiful resort because the main hotel cancel or booking “ thanks god “ 😂 Then i search about the best new hotels in salalah and i found it ….🫶🏻 We booked for 5 nights till we find another hotel .. U cant beleive it .. We couldn’t leave them .. amaaaazing Perfect services .. Kind staff everr .. Proffisional Polite .. And friendly … We couldnt leave them and we extend out stay to 14 nights ❤️ . . The resort in perfect for relaxing.. and also perfect for family .. U will find the way to resort at night maybe long and dark but !! Dont worry just continue ur driving to piece of paradise .. we daily go out family to city and come back with safe road .. till night Our room was on lagoon We wake up daily on beatiful view .. drinking our coffe watching the cows and camels and goats on the lagoon with mountain lagoon view “ really made our day “ Pools, food , services , staff . The hotel was in a great condition and well maintained. Staff are courteous at all places and really helpful. My family arrived late for check in at around 2 am. We checked earlier and was informed that the room service and restaurants will close at 11 pm. We called the hotel and asked them to arrange to deliver foods to our room before they close the service, and they duly did that, despite that we haven't arrive for check-in. Thank you!

Where do I start? I look back to think this lovely secluded resort is heaven on earth. We went all out for one of the big villas and we were not disappointed. Getting a villa with a pool was definitely worth it and the views were absolutely amazing. I will definitely be coming back because a weekend is not enough for a place like this!

Had a wonderful day at alila hinu bay. Everything was perfect. We were upgraded to a pool villa with sea views which was awesome, Especially the bathroom with double shower and outside tub. I loved the surroundings that gave the place a very special atmosphere ( They are still working on the gardening so I guess in a few month it will be even more beautiful) Staff was extremely nice and helpful. In terms of food, Breakfast was à la carte and delicious. Sea salt restaurant has very good Asian dishes This is a resort i will definitely come back to.

Amazing experience! It is a resort which is quite far from the airport, and is in a remote area, but it offers lots of activities inside the resort itself like cycling around the area, kayaking, snorkeling, etc. Great for healing time, to take a break from hustle bustle in the city, honeymooners, couples just to enjoy the time, they have their own private beach too. The staff were great as well. Special thanks to Akash from Reception and Dinda from Orchard Restaurant! They both really went the extra miles to take care of us.
