The room's location was decent, but since it's not on the main island, we had to pay €15 per person daily for the hotel shuttle boat. Also, the hotel provides NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! A small bottle of water costs €6, and there's nowhere nearby to buy any. If you don't want to fall into this trap, choose this hotel carefully! On our first night, I messaged the hotel asking how to get there by boat but received no reply. We ended up taking a public ferry and then lugging our luggage across a bridge. For guests who aren't strong, it's best to confirm arrival methods in advance! The most outrageous part was being overcharged €48 upon checkout. They charged me for another room's bill (my room number ended in 0, theirs in 6). The signatures were completely different, but they didn't even check. It took ages, and they had an attitude like they were doing me a favor by finally letting me leave. Absolutely ridiculous!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and recommended many great places to visit. The room itself was quite clean and tidy, with plenty of space. However, it's a bit of a walk to the bus stop downstairs, and it's a little far from the city center. Overall, it offers great value for money.

A good place to stay in Venice cheaply. The location is pretty well connected and i strongly recommend taking an independent bus, rather than their shuttle bus service - they drop you off by a busy road and the walk to Venice is not much shorter than the 20min one that you take from the Hotel to a bus stop (and it’s cheaper). I found it very disappointing that my message I sent 2-3 days before my stay with questions, was never read or answered. The room has all needed amenities, and is overall comfortable, however the only table is outdoors. The on-site shop is convenient, with prices not too racked up, so very reliable. However the Hotel restaurant is disappointing. We ordered a pizza and a kids menu burger and fries - the pizza was very average, but the burger was actually just the meat patty and fries?? While it was clearly called a burger on the menu. Additionally, it was neither cheap, or fast service. I’d say this is a good place to stay for a short trip to Venice, especially on the budget, but would not recommend using their extra amenities such as the restaurant or bus.

This hotel is great! I saw a lot of Chinese guests staying here. The room was clean and tidy, and the restaurant staff were very friendly during the two breakfasts I had. The hotel is located right by the highway, with a bus stop outside that goes directly to Venice's main island and the airport/train station. It's perfect for travelers who need to catch a flight the next day or are just arriving in Venice and want to rest for a night. The only downside is that the cleaning staff were very loud in the mornings while cleaning the rooms and in the hallway. I was woken up at the same time both days, which was a bit annoying.

The hotel parking lot is spacious enough, the inside and outside of the building are clean and good. Especially because it's a family of four, I mainly sleep on the sofa bed, which is the most comfortable of the capital sofa beds so far. The daily cleaning is very clean and the breakfast quality is good. It is located between Verona and Venice, so it is a good location to explore both places. The outdoor swimming pool is also comfortable and worth using.

24 minutes from Venice by car—very convenient! Parking is no problem if you're driving. Breakfast is typical European.

We liked this hotel so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. The reception staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good too. The room had a nice open view, and above all, it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the parking lot was large. It’s perfect for a road trip. (Just keep in mind that there’s not much around the hotel!)ㅓ

A fantastic place between the hills and vineyards of soave, a clean environment in the minimum details, clean and very comfortable, where the peace and contact with nature reign . The availability of gentleness and sympathy of the owners of the family Tamellin (in our case Laura) who receive you with extreme care by giving any information and advice on the territory. The excellent breakfast offered, made of products made by them like the beautiful cakes made by Mamma tamellin, along with the most creamy cappuccino ever tasted. We as a family with three children have found ourselves very well by exploiting the comfort of the home and the beautiful swimming pool at the spot . We strongly recommend it to anyone
