Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities. My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.

A nice basic hotel with a clean room. Normal speaking voices from the neighboring room could be clearly heard through the wall. The spa had nice saunas, and the location was suitable for those who enjoy walking.

Great location just outside the old town with restaurants, bars, convenience store at your doorstep. Supermarket nearby. Short walk to all the old town sites. Spa and sauna very clean and good choices (4 saunas only 2 were open when we went). Room good size, breakfast good selection and open till 11am.

Take a boat to Estonia's preferred hotel, get off the boat for a few minutes, and walk to the ancient city for ten minutes. Early check-in charges 10 euros, it is very suitable if you arrive early in the morning. Opposite the market, there are several halls, very convenient, the hotel also has two halls, late night is a bit expensive. There are many good restaurants across the bridge on the left.

Location is excellent. Old town is a few streets away, 5 min walk. The hotel is clean and spacious. The rooms have everything you need and the hotel employees were very helpful. Bathrooms are huge and very stylish. Bed was very comfortable.

You can't really have any major complaints, as the brand certainly delivers. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and modern. Impeccable cleanliness. The breakfasts are varied and very good. Its location, halfway between the airport, the coast, and the Old Town, makes the hotel truly versatile, and everyone should find it convenient. My only reservation is the policy of charging for bottled water in the rooms. I think there shouldn't be a charge for the daily complimentary set, with additional bottles being charged only after the initial ones provided at check-in are consumed. It's a minor detail, but it feels a bit out of place for a hotel of this caliber.

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.

A wonderful, modern hotel with an excellent spa. I really liked the service at the front desk; the staff member was very welcoming. The hotel is new, all facilities are in perfect condition, and the breakfasts are very varied and delicious.

Very clean and quiet hotel, lovely shower, bathrobes and slippers. Amazing spa and chocolate hour is a nice touch. However the check in was long as there was a queue and one person at the reception. Not so happy with the bedding, uncomfortable pillows and soft mattress. Not worth paying extra for breakfast, limited choice and extra €5 for fresh orange juice is not acceptable. At breakfast we felt rushed and pestered by the waitresses.

It's high time to renovate the hotel. The soundproofing is terrible, and listening to your neighbors cough and blow their noses is hardly entertaining. Now, instead of mini shampoo bottles, there's a dispenser on the wall. Empty. Thankfully, for 90 euros a night, it's very convenient. Is water in the room a paid service? Excellent.
