Malak Regency Hotel

Loved everything about it in particular the spotless bedsheets. The hotel is clean and beautiful designed with Arabic touches. The room was huge , the floor of the room was covered completely by carpet , a small window is present and a big bed. Daily cleaning is done. There is a river in-front of the hotel which is a plus. Toilet has good size and is super clean. Location is good , very close to the airport and you would roughly need 20 minutes to reach the center by taxi. Close by there is small mall and loads of restaurants across the corner. Old town is far from the hotel. Depending on traffic maybe roughly 20 to 25 minutes. Taxis cost like 20 KM one way. I saw two restaurants, one up for breakfast & the second located on the ground floor facing the river. You have a beautiful river In front of the hotel. I use to sit and do my readings every morning. Breakfast fantastic. Gym & swimming pool & the spa are all up to date and excellent. My best part was the room, the bed, the bedsheets and pillow. Super super clean . I stayed in 4 top luxurious hotels in Bosnia but Malak’s cleanliness is the top. Unfortunately the hotel will not provide you with iron but they do have laundry services. Customer service is just acceptable. Above all what was important to me personally “the room that gave me the feeling I’m at home” . Highly recommend you to book the hotel you won’t regret it.
Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Ćuprija

A short stay for a day, the hotel is quite close to Old Bridge , there are shortcuts to go directly from the hotel to the old street. The room was large and clean and tidy, and it was quite quiet at night. The hotel supervisor is very enthusiastic and has been chatting with you. The waiter will also help you carry your luggage to the room and help you carry your luggage from the room to the car when you check out. (Remember to tip) The nearest parking lot to the hotel is called: Parking 5 star. 12 euros a day, but the parking payment machine can use Bosnian coins. The front desk of the hotel will remind you very intimately and help you change the euro to Bosnian coins. The service is full! The hotel also offers dinner, very authentic Bosnian cuisine, fish and lamb recommended!

Good location, within walking distance to the old town. Spacious room, convenient parking, and ok breakfast. The facilities are old, the indoor phone is just a decoration, if you need anything, you have to go downstairs to the front desk. There is no tea bag, coffee bag or kettle, the front desk said to go to the restaurant for hot water. When I arrived at the restaurant, the waiter looked ugly, waited for a long time to get a cup of lukewarm water, and thanked me as if he didn't hear it. It is full of state-owned characteristics.
Hotel Aziza

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)

Fantastic place for short and long stays with central location, walking distance from everything. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped and sparkling clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff and their breakfast is decent with huge variety of food and drinks.
Hotel & Spa Villa Meydan

This hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here. PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned.
Old Town Hotel

The room is small but very clean. There are no toothbrush sets or paper towels. The location is very good. It is right in the center of the old city. There are many scenic spots around. There are many delicacies that can be checked in. It is suitable for lazy people to eat and go shopping
Swissôtel Sarajevo

The room is quite big, the scenery is also very good, the location is very good, the first floor below is directly connected to the shopping mall, there is a large supermarket opposite, and there is also a shopping mall. It is very convenient to buy phone cards and exchange money. It is a landmark building, not good The only place to watch is the hotel, the sanitation is relatively poor, when you want to drink tea 🍵, you take out the cup, oh my god, it has not been washed, which is a bit surprising 😱, go to breakfast, there are many people, and no one takes a seat , a bit messy, it took 45 minutes for the waiter to pick up a car😂😂😂, but anyway, their attitude is still very good👌, so it doesn't matter, it's just a small problem, I hope it can be improved
Hollywood Hotel

The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel. However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.
Hotel President Sarajevo

The location is very convenient. There are many delicious small shops near the hotel. The hotel breakfast is really good. The local food is generally salty. It is comfortable and delicious to eat breakfast. The white rice is very good.
