Pet Friendly Hotels in Southern, Zambia

Hello, we have too many problems at the Oriental Swan Hotel, so we complain: 1) The hotel is too old. The air conditioning and cooling are almost not working. There are other guests complaining that the air conditioner is too loud on the same day; 2) The WiFi is too bad. Later, the boss gave us a private Wi-Fi because it was far away. There is no way to use Wi-Fi at all; 3) They don't have a backup power supply, the power went out in the middle of the night until the next morning, we smeared the bathroom and took a bath; 4) There is no hot water, the water is too cold, and the family has a cold; 5) There are no disposable slippers, and the slippers are very dirty for a long time. This hotel is too bad

am sure it used to be a good place before, not enough security, lost money and they had a break in while i was there. thought it was as nice as on the pics. they need to step up.
