The hotel is in a very good location, with a direct view of Lake Erie from the window, which is great
Facilities: Complete and thoughtful, but the sink drains very slowly
Sanitation: Clean!
Environment: Beautiful
Service: Friendly service, freshly made breakfast, great!
Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️
The location of the hotel is good. The lobby is gorgeous. But the room view is not good 👎 the hotel in downtown Cleveland is really at the bottom. Compared with other houses, the front desk is not generous enough, even the bottle of water is $4 per bottle. The room facilities are modern.
Very neat and clean hotel, the location is also very good. The hotel is connected to the convention center and Hyatt Hotel, it is a great choice for people who are on business trips. The restaurant in the hotel is also of a good standard. Exceeded expectations.
The sound insulation of the room is very poor, and the surrounding facilities are very missing.
Very contradictory complex, very quiet outside, but the hotel is very noisy
The only good thing is the glass for breakfast, quiet in the corner to enjoy breakfast, you can see squirrels and birds
His pool is good and you can see the outside too.
As always, it is a good place to stay, the price/performance ratio is amazing, and it is relatively clean.
The refrigerator inside can be turned off with a switch to reduce noise.
It is still very good to sleep at the transit station of the trip! The hotel is very new, and the bedding is very comfortable, which is the quality of Marriott. Hotel parking is 22 dollars a day, but the opposite parking building is only 6 dollars, and they usually recommend guests to park diagonally opposite. It was 6:00 in the morning when I checked out, before dawn, a girl was going to pick up the car from the parking lot diagonally opposite, and the hotel even sent a security guard to accompany me to see me get in the car to ensure my safety! He said that Toledo is a small Detroit, and the law and order in some places is not very good! So they are going to walk with me to get the car! Great hotel
A new hotel with modern design, a pleasant surprise. The rooms are large and the facilities are beautiful and reasonable. The restaurant is also very beautiful and the food is delicious 😋 An unforgettable and comfortable experience! highly recommended!
Hyatt's hotel is a bit old, the facilities are old, the room is quite big, for the United States, such a five-star in the country can only be considered Samsung's place is generally OK! However, we booked the advanced king room and prepaid the full price to guarantee. After that, we still told us that the big bed room was gone, and finally only gave us a double bed! The front desk said that we would change it the next day but we didn't mention it until we checked out! We are not going to care about these when we go on a business trip! There are very few breakfast items. There are only five or six things besides omelet. The location is very good. It is in the city center and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, Columbus is a small city and quiet, this hotel is not bad, give 4 points! Add a sentence, you can see the sunrise 🌅
Cute decor. Prime location but basically no amenities. The gym and laundry are like micro rooms and it feels like people live there. The hotel has a strange aroma and smells like a nursing home. Also they don’t have room service, water bottles inside the room, and no vending machines for snacks or beverages. So if you’re hungry or thirsty in the middle of the night you’re on your own.

GGuest UserI requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and air freshener. When I walked around the room barefoot, I noticed dirt sticking to my feet. I love the walk in shower. The A/C worked well.
GGuest UserThe room was very nice, very hot water which I love and it was clean. Sid, the person at the desk when we got here was very professional and kind. We were exhausted at this point and his speed of service and getting us into our room was wonderful. The ladies the next morning were as well. One thing I wish is that the room had a microwave, especially for extended stays. We started off with a day and ended up staying for three. I dont know if other rooms have them but I know ours did not. The only other thing is the people in the rooms around ours were very loud running in and out of their room, bangi g the doors, and playing loud music all at 1 in the morning. I dont know when they stopped as I eventually fell asleep out of that same exhaustion. Thank you so much Motel 6!
JJohn McCanceThe hotel has a welcoming staff with spacious common spaces and rooms. The Orbit stays true to its name, playing on the theme, with colors, wall coverings, and appointments reminiscent of the early 60's when there were 7 astronauts, a Mercury program, and a new organization called NASA. It sits in the shadow of the NASA Glenn Research Center and across the street from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The room had a mini-fridge, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, and a nice big bathroom. The breakfast bar was well appointed with something for everyone to include an automatic pancake maker straight out of the Jetson's! I will be back.
GGuest UserRoom and service great but no shampoo, why? We had to get a room, wasn't planned so we didn't have supplies packed at least there was soap but I had dirty hair not happy about this
GGuest UserYou get what you pay for. The room was moderately clean. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but someone had obviously disabled the smoke alarm and there was an ashtray in the room.
The staff were helpful with everything, which made a difference.
GGuest UserVery convenient and clean my children loved the pool. Not far from cedar point. Staff were nice and helpful. Good shower in our room. Some of the other guests were loud but it was real busy.
00REDMAN0Not a bad place to stay pretty quiet don't hear a lot of commotion and fighting definitely worth the money compared to other places I've stayed overall give it a 5 out of 5 rating
GGuest UserHorel was very nice only thing our room didn't have a refrigerator. First room we've ever had with no refrigerator. Otherwise very clean and quiet.
