Staying at The Radisson Gdansk was not just a trip—it was an experience. From the moment we stepped into the tranquil lobby scented with yuzu and cedar, we were immersed in elegance and refinement. Our suite overlooked a canals. The hotel’s Michelin dinner was unforgettable, as was the traditional onsen spa experience. Service was intuitive, discreet, and truly world-class. Every staff member treated us not as guests, but as honored visitors. This is more than just a luxury hotel—it’s where hospitality becomes art. Worth every yen.

The hostel do not have the basic ammenities, such as shampoo, lift and air conditining The hotel is near to the old town, but far from the main station. The hostel is opposite to the pub, which will be noisy during night time. The toilet is dirty, the kitchen is very dark or gloomy. Value for money, but no the best choice.

The hotel is very well located. It is in the very center of the beach so you can't have a better one. As for the building, the years of its magnificence are over (built in 2008) and unfortunately it is a little visible and felt, although it still keeps class.

The breakfast was good, and the hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic – you step right out into various attractions, which is super convenient. It's an easy walk to the riverside to soak in both the ancient and modern vibes of Gdansk. The evening views by the river are beautiful, though it was quite windy and chilly; it would probably be even more pleasant in the summer. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, for this price, staying in the Old Town felt like a great deal. I'd definitely consider coming back if I get the chance! Recommended with four stars.

This hotel has the advantage of being quiet in a residential area, but it's a little far from the main street. I liked the unique atmosphere after being assigned to the room, but the room was dust, a spider(?), and shower booth mold. It was a pity that the hygiene was terrible.

Right by the harbor, with cruise ships everywhere, an amusement park and an ancient warship museum next to it. The hotel has an underground parking lot. The sea view from the room is great. The breakfast is a rich breakfast by white standards, a good choice.

The hotel is right at the entrance to the old town. Breakfasts are good. But I think it might be noisy in the summer; many restaurants open onto the courtyard. Earplugs are provided in the room.

We had a later settlement, staff waited for us. The room is beautiful with the view of ancient buildings. A quiet area and walking can be reached to the city center. We stayed satisfied. The girls cleaner and administrators are very welcome, thank you.

Amazing hotel right in the heart of the Old City. Everything is just around the corner. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar (and amazing cocktails, too). We have experienced impeccable service, I am very impressed with how friendly and attentive everyone has been. Our room (accommodating family of 3) was very spacious and so clean, everything was new. You can select your pillows if you like and get extra toiletry items from the reception. I would absolutely come back as this was truly a great one night stay!

The hotel is beautifully located. Right by the river, so everything is close. The rooms are beautiful. The service is very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. The dishes were very small at very high prices. Plus the waiter service, which the customer only finds out about when paying the bill. Maybe this is standard. I don't know. I just didn't like it, that's why I'm pointing it out.
