Pros: Good value for money as the hotel price is affordable. The location is convenient and close to the city, with tuk-tuks easily available right in front of the hotel. Baywalk is nearby, where we enjoyed good food. Suitable for a short stay. The room was spacious and the stay included breakfast. Cons: The room air-conditioner was not working. We made a complaint and an alternative AC unit was provided, but the room was still stuffy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. We did not make a big issue as we had an early check-out for our flight. Breakfast selection was limited, though the French toast was amazing.

Beautiful spot with comfortable, well designed rooms. Service a bit so so on basic things. Breakfast included in stay was very limited. Basically eggs on toast or oats (oats was delicious)

A peaceful but sometimes lively haven for the travelling community. Centred around a beautiful pool in a lush garden with extravagant plants and sculptures. Staff are delightful and eager to help with all transport, tours and services. The perfect base to explore puerto princesa

Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

We had a wonderful stay at the Nativo D Kubo. The recently renovated hotel is truly charming: clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The staff were lovely from beginning to end, always ready to help us, whether with the hotel or arranging our transportation. We will cherish the memories of our stay and would gladly return. One of the best hosts we had travelling Asia, he was a legend and very open and honest. We were not at the hotel very often and came and went at very stupid times but they were always accommodating.

A wonderful place to stop. We had a cozy, spacious bungalow with a small terrace. The only thing missing was a refrigerator, but this did not affect the overall impression. We arrived around 2 am, they waited for us and checked us in, despite the fact that check-in was until 10:30 pm. Well-groomed territory, stunning garden of plants. The hotel has a spa and good massage. Convenient location - a little away from the bustle, has its own beach. There are hotels nearby without a beach with a paved promenade. We took diving elsewhere, since everything was booked at the hotel. We had a room without breakfast. You can take it and pay on the spot. We had breakfast in different places, all within a 5-minute walking distance. In search of dinner, we went to several places, and in the end it turned out that this hotel had the most delicious food. Special thanks to the cook!

Casalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day. We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better: 1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in. 2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient. 3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together. 4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable. It is suitable for children, the pool can be played casually, and there is a small kayak that can be easily drawn. Breakfast is free and there are many kinds to choose from. But the menus are all in English, you need to download the English quick translation to order. The environment is very good, you can see it by opening the video yourself. Suitable for vacation and leisure, not suitable for too busy. A little distance from the white sand beach. But traveling can let the hotel call the tug.
